"Right I'm off to pick up Nat. Bye!" You call to Loki who is in the kitchen. He comes out and gives you a kiss goodbye. "You know we really should tell them now, it feels bad keeping it from them." You say as Loki gives you a cuddle. "Yeah, I know. I promise we'll tell them soon, okay?" You nod and give him another quick kiss before departing your home.

You and Loki had been dating for 11 months now and had just moved in together. Some people might think that 11months is soon to be living together, but your jobs made it difficult. Since you both worked for SHIELD your missions made your lives very hectic. Loki's missions weren't always at the same time as yours, so when you were both at home you spent every second together - and you always stayed at each other's places. Also as your jobs were very dangerous it made the both of you treasure every moment together which was a contributing factor to the move.

You still had not told the rest of the Avengers as the two of you wanted to see how the relationship would work before telling them. Just in case it didn't go well you didn't want to make the group feel awkward. Somehow you had managed to keep it from them all! Even Natasha who was your closest friend and the only person who knew everything about you - besides Loki. Lately Loki and you had been feeling bad about not telling them and decided you would soon.

You had only been living together for 2 weeks and luckily Nat had been away on a mission for most of that. She hadn't asked to come over to your place since she got back and you were extremely glad. You didn't know quite how to tell her you'd been lying to her for the past, almost, year! She would probably be very angry about the lying.

You pulled up outside Nat's and jumped out the car. She believed you were picking her up on your way to Loki's as all the Avengers were getting together as it had been a long time since you all had time off at the same time. You knocked on the door and it swung open after a few moments. "Hey!" You said giving her a hug - you hadn't seen her since her mission - you had only texted lately. "Hi Izzy! You ready?" She asked happily. You had powers that formed an empathy link - this meant you could sense other people's feeling and could manipulate them to feel something different. You didn't like using your powers on your friends but sometimes you had to - quite often you had to calm the tension between Tony and Steve. You could always tell people's emotion better than others even if you weren't using you powers though.

You and Nat didn't stop talking until you arrived home and Natasha saw Clint's car. "Yay! Clint's already here!" You smirked and looked at her as you knew Clint and Natasha's relationship involved a lot of confusion, sexual tension and friendship. She rolled her eyes at your reaction and got out the car. Once you reached the front door you went to pull your keys out of your bag when you remembered that according to Nat you didn't live here. "You okay Izzy? You looking for something?" You smiled and shook you head "No just checking if I had my phone, that's all." Nat nodded and rang the doorbell. Loki soon swung open the door and let the two of you in. Nat looked at the two of you weirdly as Loki went to hug you and then realised maybe he shouldn't. You were offered a drink and told that everyone else was in the front room. As you and Nat were walking through you turned to her "Ooh Nat I meant to ask you something!" She looked at you expectantly "Sure! What's up?" You responded quickly "I don't suppose I left my blue bra at yours last time I stayed? I can't seem to find it!" She thought for a moment "The fancy one with the lace straps and sides?" You nodded "No sorry! If I see it I'll tell you though!" You thanked her and the two of you went and sat down. You often left clothes at Nat's as you stay over at each other's often - well you used to. The two of you were very close and could talk about anything so neither of you found it awkward if you did leave a bra there or something like that. It was the same the other way round.
