"Hey Josh" I replied, looking at my beautiful husband and he smiled back just as much, the love he had for me evident in his bright smile and deep blue eyes. His dark brown hair was still fairly long, and pieces fell into his eyes just like they always had done. He winked at me and I felt myself blush.

"You're blushing mummy" Louise giggled and I stuck my tongue out at her which made both her and Josh laugh as he picked up my daughter and sat her on the counter in between where I was sitting and where Oli was standing.

"It seems we have company" Josh announced and Louise and I turned to the kitchen door.

"Shit" Oli cursed, probably at the fact that everyone had arrived and he hadn't finished cooking yet. I turned and glared at him before hitting him over the head.

"Watch your mouth mister, my ten year old daughter is in here thank you" I scolded him and Oli turned red.

"Sorry Lou" he sighed and she laughed at him before turning to me.

"Don't be mean to Uncle Oli mum, you swear worse than everyone put together" she huffed, crossing her arms and Oli sniggered at the fact that my ten year was lecturing me.

"That's true, but I try my best not to swear around you" I sighed and she snorted a laugh.

"With the people you know? Mum I've never been a child. Nan says I'm just like you and how Aunt Louise was" she shrugged and I smiled at my daughter before shaking my head.

"You really need to stop listening to your Nan's stories kiddo" Josh told her and she grinned at him before holding her hand out and he moved closer to her, to take her hand and kiss the back of her hand just as a teenager walked into the kitchen.

I turned to study her and noticed that her hair and grown out in the last month that I'd seen her and either her dad had finally persuaded her mum that she was old enough to dye her hair, or her mum had compromised that she could use clip in, coloured extensions, since she had bright purple streaks in her hair. I was going for the latter. I smiled at Zoey and she grinned back, her smile reminding me so much of her dad's, just like her blue eyes reminded me of Chris's, though she looked like Kayleigh with her mahogany hair and feminine features.

"Hey Zo" I smiled and she grinned back.

"Hey Auntie Liz" she replied before picking Louise up off the counter and placing her on her hip so that she could hug her cousin. I grinned at her as Kayleigh and Chris followed their daughter into the room. I smiled at the two of them.

"Hey guys" they grinned back at me.

"Heyya Liz, how are you holding up?" Kay asked and I huffed a sigh.

"I'm going crazy being cooped up in here" I sighed, throwing a mocking glare to my husband but he grinned at me and held his hands up in mock surrender.

"I'm protective, so sue me" he stuck his tongue out at me and Lizzie sighed.

"Why did I get stuck with childish parents?" she sighed and Josh and I laughed at her.

"But you love us" we replied and she giggled at us.

"Someone has to" I placed a hand over my heart and sniffled as Josh shook his head at her.

"You just hurt your mum, Lou" he said and she snorted a laugh before rolling her eyes.

"She will live as soon as she gets the chance to tease some poor person" she shrugged and I glared at my child but she sent me an innocent smile. I knew she was right of course and she knew it too.

With a sigh I turned back to the door and saw Summer walk through first, holding a blue baby carrier, as Dan followed after her holding the hand of their other son.
