It suddenly clicked, he wanted to kill me because I knew about him. Oh. He must make loads of money if he will kill to keep his business. Either that or he is mad, or a bit of both. I would escape, but he has a hammer in his hand. If I started to run he would hit me with it. Plus my arm is still painful, I won't try to pull anything on him.

But what should I do? 'I promise that I haven't told anyone. Adding a murder charge to drug dealing will just make matters worse, I won't tell mum you came into our house if you leave now, and never come back.' I had no idea where that came from, I was so shocked. He has nerve coming in here when he is not wanted. 'Of course you haven't.......but no-one will suspect you were murdered, you self-harmed.......Thanks for making my job easier....' he began to smile, but I didn't want to listen anymore.

My Ipod was still on, so I slipped it carefully in my stereo without him noticing. I then turned it up to full volume when he turned way. '.......So you see I can easily dispose of you, and your body....' he mumbled as he picked up my photo of me and dad. 'Yes, but if I go missing, mum will know that you really are a mad drug dealer, then she really will tell the police.' I smile confidently 'Well, ummmm...I will just have to dispose of her as well...' he stuttered, he hadn't thought of that. 'You can't kill everyone, how do you know that I haven't told my friends as well, and my school!' I smile as his smile fades into a confused frown.

'I'll have to take that chance...' he whispered as he swung his hammer, then I pressed play. Music blasted throughout the whole house, I covered my ears and ran straight past Robert, I had no idea where I was going, but I had to get away from here, he tried to stop me. But his hands were too busy holding his ears. I tripped down the stairs and I grabbed my bag and keys, I locked the door as the music stopped. Then I ran for my life, literally. I herd muffled cursing and shouting as I ran.

I ran until I saw a good hiding place, I had no idea whether Robert was following me, or where I was. People walked past, walking their dogs or pushing push chairs. Then I saw a pair of legs run past me, I recognised his shoes, Robert had followed me. But somehow I don't think he was here for me. I herd another man this was my chance to catch Robert out, I pulled out my phone and I recorded what they were saying. '50g ok? How much?' he sounded husky and slightly older than Robert. 'How does £150 sound?' Robert whispered as a lady walked past, I could only see their feet, but I could hear them clearly. I herd a shuffle of notes, then they walked in separate directions. I then paused my recording, then my phone beeped loudly. I tried to muffle the sound, but he herd me.

He came back to where I was hiding, I stayed absolutely still, not daring to move a muscle. After what seemed like hours, he got bored and he jogged off. I stayed in the same spot for an hour or so, then I made a run for it, I legged it back to my house. I received a few strange looks, but I didn't care, I just needed to go back home. Robert's car wasn't in sight so I opened our door. No-one was home, but there was a message on the table.

You many of got away this time, but I will be back, for you and your mum. You can run, but you can't hide forever. My business is far to valuable to lose, I would receive a lot of unhappy customers Rosa. I hope you understand that your life is less valuable. Don't you dare tell the police. I will be waiting for you outside the station. Enjoy the last few days of your life.

That man really knows how to scare someone. I will personally make sure that these will not be the last few days of my life, I know he is mad. But would he really kill me? I have no idea. But one thing is for sure I have to play safe. I walk up the stairs tiredly and I slump on my bed. My room was messy after Robert rampaged around with a hammer. I picked up my photo of me and dad which had fallen onto the floor and I brushed it with my arm. 'Love you dad.' I smiled as I kissed the photo.

I spent most of my day in my room, tiding up, studying and looking myself in the mirror. I decided that I was going to school tomorrow, I needed to try and relax, and get back to normal.

**Mum's POV**

'Order up! Table 4!' I shouted to the head chef. I had found myself a job in a small café, I was a waitress. Business was slow, but steady. I hated leaving Rosa alone at home, but I had to. Someone has to make money. It wasn't much, but it was enough. I walked out of the kitchen and into the seating area. Only one table was occupied, I just spent my time cleaning and washing. 'Order for table 4.' the chef said as he handed me the tray. 'Here you are...' I smiled as I placed the tray down carefully on their table. They helped themselves to their drinks and food, then I took the tray back.

After they left I was back to cleaning again, all I did was think about Rosa, a few more people came in, but not many. At the end of my shift I said goodbye and I placed my apron on the side. I unlocked my car and I hopped in.

I stopped off at Tesco's to buy Rosa a treat, I thought it would cheer her up a bit.
