Sighing heavily, the practice game was unexpectedlyintense. Even though it was just a practice, Kagami and Aomine were beating each other out as if they're actually in an actual match.Taunting each other, you couldn't help but get embarrassed by the two's childish act on the court. Shouting or provoking one another, more people have gathered around the court as they were impressed by their basketball skills while you felt obnoxiously awkward.
Twitching your eyebrows, you felt like throwing off those two in a river or something but you couldn't do so as there were many people watching them. Gratefully, the two immature boys didn't actually enter 'the zone' while playing a one-on-one match. You waited for them to stop but god-knows-how-long they'd be mesmerized in that match. Sighing exasperatedly, you crossed your arms over your chest and entered the court. As the ball flew, you quickly grab it and that action stunned the two boys.
The crowds stared at you with a confused looks.
"Hey! What are you doing? We're enjoying the game!" one of them shouts.
"Yeah! What the hell?? You're ruining the fun!" another one shot out their words.
"Come on! Go away!"
"Yeah!"
And bla bla bla..
You scowled as your veins started to pop out everywhere. You turned towards the crowds and glared at them.
"SHUT UP! YOU KNOW THIS ISN'T SOME FREE SHOW RUNNING ON THE STREETS! YOU WANT GAME?! GET YOUR ASSES IN HERE AND BEAT THEM UP YOURSELF!" you finally snapped, causing the crowds to shudder as if they've seen a devil. They quickly scattered and left the court.
Aomine and Kagami were startled. You turned to them and panted, slightly blushing at what you just did. You were trying to be patient when those two started their match but you were left standing there like you're some lone cheerleader or something and that pisses you off.
"(F/n), I'm really sorry but will you calm down a bit...?" Kagami raised his hands in surrender, smiling nervously. "...Umm, please?" he continued as he tried to put in some manners in his speech.
You were obviously mad at them for ignoring you like you didn't even exist during the entire practice.Especially when Aomine was the one that invited you over for it but he ended up ditching you over Kagami. Thinking of it, your soul burned with flame and you threw the ball over at Aomine as he then managed to catch it with one hand.
"Aho! Is this how you treat a girl who agreed to help you earlier but then you ended up ignoring her?!" You raised your voice.
"(F/n). It's...well.." Aomine scratch the back of his head, obviously forgotten about it.
"Hmph! Next time, go ahead and ask for his help!" you pointed over at Kagami as he choked on his own voice.
Turning your heels, you stomp your feet away from the court and back to your apartment.
. .. . .. . .. .
'That idiot just wasted my time,' you thought as you swing open your fridge's door.
Grabbing your leftovers (obviously most of your food was eaten by Aomine), you drag your feet towards your microwave and heated it. You poured yourself a glass of water and leaned against the counter table. Grabbing your phone out, you scanned through it and works your fingers to instantly type in a few texts whilst getting ready to fill your grumbling stomach.
~~
Aomine didn't come over to your apartment right after you snapped the other day. He didn't even bother showing up in front of you at school (even though you were classmates, he'd ditch some of the class anyway) and yet, you're no longer mad at him. You knew you were overreacting and Aomine obviouslyloves basketball just like Kagami did. Realizing your own mistake, you sighed as you walked alongside Momoi along the corridor.
