You were sitting in a room which you assumed it to be an office. It was huge and plastered with creamy, golden-ish wallpaper. The red-golden carpet covers the cold marble tiles and the room itself was decorated with various antique. Tall bookshelves were aligned along the walls and pictures of different paintings were hung. Sitting across the table, Akashi Seijuro gave you and Aomine a warm welcoming. A man, which you assumed it to be a waiter because he was wearing black suit and tie, brought you cups of tea and served it to you including some desserts, breads, cupcakes and other breakfast set that seemed to be expensive. If you were to buy these with your allowances, it would've definitely made your wallet dried up. The waiter then bowed before taking a few steps backward, standing back to where his original spot was. You were sitting there with awe as your eyes studies the entire room including the foods served.

Akashi chuckled, "I'm sorry for bringing you here all of a sudden. I'm sure both of you hadn't had your breakfast yet. Please, have some."

"This is amazing!" You shrieked.

Aomine only stared at you as you started to pick up the food on the table.

"Akashi," he spoke. "We didn't ask to be in here."

"I know," He took a sip of his tea before continuing. "But I heard that a couple went down by the waterfalls yesterday while they were running a game that this hotel organized. They told me it was the second place winner which goes by the name of Aomine Daiki and (L/n) (F/n). That wasn't a mistake was it?" Akashi smiled. "And so I came down personally to take this opportunity to apologize. The area has been taken care of and I'll make sure that this incident will not happen again." You and Aomine blinked.

"Wait," you spoke. "You came down here personally?" Your brain took a long time processing his words. Then it clicked. "Th-this hotel! Does it belong to the Akashi family?!"

Akashi chuckled again. "Yes. Personally, I owned the building."

"HEEEHH?!" You and Aomine yelped in surprise, almost jumping from the couch the two of you were sitting on.

Aomine leaned back against the soft cushion and crossed his arms, "It shouldn't be too surprising but...I didn't see that coming."

You glanced at him and back to Akashi while releasing an awkward laugh, "Talk about this place known as the 'Five Grand Star Hotel'."

"My apologies," Akashi smiled.

"It's alright," you laughed softly.

Akashi took a quick glance at you. When you were about to chomp on the food that was on your plate, his eyes averted towards Aomine who is eating next to you. He let out a small huff and closed his eyes.
"Is there anything I can do to compensate you?" he asked.

You and Aomine paused, staring at him.

"For all the troubles this hotel has caused, not only you're someone I know but you're also our visitors. I can't afford of letting the both of you suffering because of our staff members' clumsiness." He continued.

Aomine glared at him, "Ah right. That incident sure took its toll on me."

"Daiki..." you muttered.

"But..." He continued. "You don't have to pay as long as you fix that problem of yours before it happen again."

Before you can speak, your phone vibrated and you quickly flip it open. You saw that your father was calling you. You turned towards Akashi and apologized. He only nodded and you left, leaving him with the tanned male's stoic expression.

"Daiki," Akashi called, causing Aomine to stare at him. "I know this is not my problem but..." Aomine didn't say anything. He kept his arms crossed in front of his chest and waited for the red head to continue. "...you've changed a lot."
