16: Aomine Daiki

You've been walking in the hot-warm spa for almost 20 minutes and you still haven't found the finishing line. Your body feels its energy depleting but you refuse to give up. Kuroko and Momoi were a few steps behind. Momoi was seriously taking this game as one of their dating plan. They didn't actually plan on winning so they were basically chilling out at the spa.

When you followed Aomine behind, you both reached a two splitting path. The string itself was quite long, so it gave you the opportunity to split out just for a moment. You and Aomine agreed to split up, but of course not too far from each other as it is possible that the strings will snap off. You only decided to do so in order to find the finishing line of this game.

While Aomine was walking alone, he was glancing around the place, carefully taking one step at a time making sure that the string won't break away. Since the place itself is slippery, he too was being very cautious. Sensing someone standing behind him, he suddenly felt someone grabbing him from behind, hands wrapped tightly around his waist. He grunted for a moment and he was taken aback as soon as he saw who it was.

You on the other hand were also doing the same; cautiously stepping forward while your eyes carefully scanned your surroundings. Not too long after that, an arm suddenly grabs you from behind, covering your mouth and the other one snaking around your waist. You struggled to break free from the tight grip and your screaming was muffled. But then, you heard a chuckle coming from behind you causing you to freeze.

"Shhh... I'm not going to hurt you now cutie," the man whispered. You knew who the voice belongs to. It was Ryu. Your whole body froze and you can feel him smirking right next to your ear from behind you. Then, he turned you around quite a little bit roughly, causing you to stumble up on your steps. "I'll let go of my hand but if you scream, I swear I'll dip your head underneath this shallow water." His threat causes you to shudder. As he slowly lets go, you shut your eyes tight and he leans closer to your face. "Now be a good girl..."

You whimpered internally. When you slowly open up your eyes, he was smirking down at you. His hands were snaking around your waists and he leans to the side of your neck. You placed your hand onto his naked chest and tried to hold yourself from pushing him away. Shutting your eyes close again, he whispered, "I wonder why you're sticking around with a man like him?" Shooting your eyes open, he was referring to Aomine. "Leave him and stay with me. I'm sure I'm much more compatible with you rather than that useless jerk."

"What?" You frowned. Pulling part of your body away from him, you gave him a glare and grit your teeth. "Who are you to say that?"

Ryu chuckled and stared back at you, "Come on cutie." You flinched when you heard him calling you by that ridiculously disgusting nickname coming out from his mouth. "I saw how he looks at you and how you look at him. You were hurt. He was just thinking of winning on his own. He was selfishly trying to win because he thinks that he is mighty. He doesn't even care the slightest bit about you."

Letting a few strands of your hair falling to the front of your face, you inhaled sharply, acquiring back the memory from when you had confessed to the man that you loved; oh wait, correction: to the man you love.

The man's voice was ringing in your ears as he was facing his back against you. His blurry figure doesn't seem to care of your presence.

'I don't care about such things. It's just a waste of time and I don't give a damn about relationships and all the lovey-dovey attitude women gave. It's irritating. If you want a relationship, go ahead and find someone else who cares.'

Ryu didn't notice that you were practically hurt. He continued again, "Why waste your time on chasing after someone like him while you can leave him and come with me? He's an arrogant jerk. The way he looks at you, he wasn't even thinking of trying to win for your sake. He wanted to get that prize away for himself..."
