You’ve met Murasakibara a few days ago and the two of you have been texting each other constantly. Sitting by the table in a cafe, you were looking back at his childish text, telling you various types of sweets that you should try. He even asked you to hangout with him to the new candy store just up the street. Smiling and giggling, Momoi raised her eyebrows and tried to peek at your text message.
“What is it (F/n)-chan? Did you finally have a date?” she grins mischievously.
“Wha-? No! It’s not…” your phone almost slid from your hand. “I-It’s Mura-kun. I met him a few days ago at the TV Station.”
“Huh? You were working last weekend?” Momoi asked, slightly surprised. “I thought you said you had a day off.”
“I did. But Shota-san asked me to come and replace the other mascot,” you muttered so no one knows that you worked as a mascot.
Momoi hummed in amusement, “Did Dai-chan know that you met Muk-kun?”
“Huh? Why should I tell him? Besides, he doesn’t even bother about what I do or whom I met.” You said as your eyebrows twitched.
“Tell me what?”
You yelped and jumped at the sound of Aomine’s voice close to your ear. As he stood straight, he blankly waited for your answer.
“D-D-Daiki!” you panted, feeling as if your heart is about to burst out. “Do you have to sneak up on me like that?!”
He scoffed, “Do I need to sound gentler enough to talk to you? Or do I need to poke on your shoulder first just to get your attention?”
You pouted, “It’s not what I….” You blinked as you sat back. “Wait. Did you just peek at my phone?!”
You just realized that he was actually leaning his body forward next to your ear when he magically appeared. He didn’t answer but instead, he sat right across from you and took (your food) that rested on your plate.
“Hey! That’s mine!” you shriek.
“You were busy with your phone so I thought you don’t want it anymore,” he answered as he chomps the food.
Your veins popped out and you pulled back your plate towards you.
“Go grab your own,” you muttered in annoyance.
Momoi giggled and suddenly spoke, “(F/n)-chan met Muk-kun during her shift at work.”
You almost choked on your food and quickly turned towards Momoi, “Satsuki-chan!”
“Huh?” Aomine blinked with a poker face. “So?”
You and Momoi turned towards Aomine with a slight surprise.
“See? I told you? He doesn’t even care,” you pointed at him with your fork/chopstick (depending on what food you’re having) while you’re facing Momoi.
“It’s not that I don’t care. It’s just that…” Aomine stopped and glanced away. “…we’ve gone on our separate ways so we don’t talk much. We didn’t even contact each other anymore.”
“But you have Ryo-kun’s contact number didn’t you?” you asked.
Aomine popped a vein as he turned towards you, “That’s because you’re the one who gave him my number!”
“Ah. I forgot,” You answered bluntly and continued to munch on your food.
“Anyway, did he mention anything?” Aomine continued with a sigh.
“Not really,” you sipped your drink. “Oh! And we had a game where we pulled out some fortune sweets!”
“Fortune sweets?” Momoi asked.
