~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Afterwards, with a heavy sigh, Pan moved away from me and strutted towards the door. I felt my body relax and my shoulders droop, thankful that he wasn't going to kiss me. Then Pan mumbled, 'I'm not going to lose you, Tiger Lily, especially to someone like him.'
Under normal circumstances, I would snap back about how special and kind and gentle and respectful Oliver was, but these weren't normal circumstances. Instead, I replied confidently, 'And how are you going to do that?'
Pan's hand hovered over the door handle to the cabin. Then slowly, his hand retreated back to his sides. I could almost feel and hear his mind whirring away, as if the inside to a clock was turning.
'Remind you that I will always have you,' Pan replied seductively.
Before I could even move, his body suddenly leapt forward. He flew over to me in milliseconds, smashing me against the wall behind me and holding my there. His hands moved from the walls either side of me towards my shoulders, then his hands followed the shape of my body until they reached my waist, then my hips, then finally my wrists.
He gripped my wrists and pulled them upwards, holding my hands stiffly against the wooden walls. His body was so close to mine that he was almost leaning against me, his scent thick with the odours of woodsmoke, sweat and nature.
His breathing halted for a moment and I asked him gently, 'And how are you going to remind me?'
He licked his lips, his head bowing and his breathing slowing. When his lips had finally reached mine, he said roughly, 'Like this.'
I pushed him away and his eyes widened in shock, as if he genuinely hadn't expected this reaction for a moment. I wasn't nicknamed after a fearsome tiger for nothing.
'Don't come any closer!' I exclaimed warningly, holding my hands up in front of my body like he was an explosion about to knock me backwards.
Pan smirked to himself and raised a perfect eyebrow, 'Why is that, Tiger? What happens if I do? You don't seem very...' He licked his lips, dragging out the moment, before widening his eyes and continuing sarcastically, '...Dangerous.'
I panicked, my eyes darting around the room for something to protect myself from him with. Nothing seemed to suffice. I was trapped, alone and helpless, with Pan.
He moved closer, like a predator stalking its prey, looking down at me all dot triumphantly. His green eyes stared into my soul. Breathlessly, I begged, 'Please, don't come any closer.'
'Why Tiger Lily? Why should I leave you alone? Why do you deserve mercy?' He bellowed fiercely and I flinched away from his words. He grabbed my arm, his sharp nails digging into my flesh. His eyes caught mine, throwing fierce, dominant daggers at me and I could tell I was in danger.
I trembled, breathing heavily. Peter's eyes darkened, looking at me maliciously and hungrily. The few inches between us disappear as he stepped closer towards me. I caught my breath as he slanted his head downwards.
Peter raised his hand.
I heard the noise before I felt it.
Fanfic'I no longer love you... And I never will.' I declared to Pan angrily. He smirked, because he could taste my lie in the air. Once, when I had located the owner of the Heart of the Truest Believer, I had loved Peter Pan. I had admired him and trusted...
