Chapter 32

Emma's P.O.V

**1 week later**

It was Saturday and for some stupid reason I was awake at 8am. Today I was hanging out with Chris, Ethan, Katie and Jakob.

I laid in bed for about another hour watching youtube on my MacBook and going on social media on my phone.

At about 9am I decides I should at least get up and start to get ready. I went to go have a shower. After about 30 minutes I got out. I wrapped a towel around myself and walk to bedroom. I grab some black shorts, a white bustier and black vans. I got changed and walked downstairs. Mum and Lexi were still in bed.

The time was now 10am. I was now waiting for Chris to come and get me. We were going out for lunch and he agreed to go shopping with me. What boy agrees to go shopping with a girl seriously.

Knock knock

That must be Chris, I walk up to the front door. 'Hey Chris' i say grabbing my bag and locking the door behind me as I walk out. 'So what do you have planned for lunch' I say turning to face him. 'Its a surprise' he says taking me across the fence to his car.

After about 10 mins Chris and I  had arrived at the beach. I got out of the car wondering what we were doing. Chris walked over to me with a picnic basket. 'Picnic on the beach' I say smiling. 'Sure is' he says smirking. I wonder what he's got up his sleeves.

We had eaten lunch. I was now burning my feet in the sand as if I were 5 again. If I were 5 my dad may have still been here but he's not so that doesn't matter anymore. 'Emma may I ask you something' Chris says sitting down on the rug. 'Yes you may sir' I say pulling my feet out from the sand. 'Would you Emma Smith be my girlfriend' he says taking my hand. 'Chris Lauzon I would I love to be your girlfriend' I said pretty much jumping in him giving him a kiss and a hug.

Hey guys,
So I know late chapter blame my Spanish teach and we'll it's more my fault I had to finish a presentation for tomorrow and we'll I never actually started it because I was in WA and yea. So I had to finish it or my teacher was going to fail although he probably is going to anyway. Just letting you guys know there will be no chapters on Friday as I have my school formal. Our school formal is for years 8,9,10,11,12 and I'm in year 8 so this is my first one. We have small classes at my school because it's just a little country town. My school is an area so for grades reception to year 12 and we only have about 200 students. So yeah that's because in year 10 everyone leaves and goes to boarding schools in Adelaide. But I'm not leaving because I get extra marks to stay here, so enough of me blabbing on,
