"We have all of the files left on joker." He said setting a small packet on my desk. "This is all? Do you guys even have any theories on his psychological state?" I said flipping threw the packet.

"In our defense everything burned in the fire...I had taken a few files home to study them that night." Dr.Sams said as I nodded. "Have you guys considered what I had said about Batman?" I said setting the papers among the rest.

"Yes actually and it is a very logical theory. It is possible that he could have suffered a trauma and been in the asylum long ago. But we have had many patients in and out. Since we don't know his identity it is possible that it could have been one of the three files that was burned. No force entry was showed in the cameras or detectors. The only person that can get in there without prints is Batman."

I mentally smiled as the plan was unraveling well. "We should tell Gordon to keep a eye on him. Maybe get a few details from him if he can. I don't think it will take that much to make Batman a villain and I sure don't want that happening when he is in this city." I said and they all scribbled in their notepads.

"What about The Joker what do we do with him?" I heard. I flipped the pen threw my fingers as I slowly turned in my chair. "I know this isn't really my department but I strongly suggest we talk with a villain that is against him. I know penguin and bane are locked up but I think the plant and the cat are free." I said

"It could be really hard to talk or even catch them." A cop said and I stood up. "They might be villains but they haven't committed any crimes lately. We could make a peaceful deal with them. Im sure those ladies could come to an agreement with us." I said as they scribbled again.

"I recommend we go find Ivy...she is most likely to be against both Joker and Batman..." I said and they scribbled again. "Don't hesitate to call up BloodSyn okay guys. That is all." I said and they all filed out.

I sighed and rubbed my eyes. My head still hurt from Fridays little kidnap. I heard someone walk next to me and I opened my eyes to see two shiny black shoes next to mine.

"Do you need som-" I said and looked up at those whiskey eyes. "What the hell are you doing here?" I asked him as he cracked a grin and chuckled. "Just decided to see my girl at work." He said as I grabbed the papers on my desk.

"How do they not see the warpaint?" I asked a bit in awe as he smiled at me. "People are too busy trying not to loose their heads by getting distracted by little things." He said and I closed my eyes and took a breath. "I see you told them he was crazy." He said.

"See if I would have told 'em the same thing about uh, batman they wouldn't have listened." He said looking at a file. "Because they rather listen to a 'sane' woman that runs the city than a clown that literally runs threw the city causing chaos." I said and stood facing him.

"Speaking of Chaos how are my boys?" I asked and he rolled his eyes. "At home why?" He asked slightly annoyed as my eyes widened. "Alone? They might rip everything apart!" I said walking around the big table.

"What do ya expect from my dogs...that they behave? Ha" He said and laughed as I went threw the door and looked both ways. I stepped out and started walking towards my office.

"Do ya think Ivy will rat me out? She might know more than it looks like." He said following me behind. "I already talked with her. If she said as I told her I would get her some new pots and soil for her plants." I said and made a turn to a empty hall.
