Trapped

April's P.O.V

We were all in shock as we stared at the huge herd of walkers, Rick managed to get back and Ella was too.

But Daryl.

"April," I turned to see Blake as I went toward him and hugged him.

"Daryl isn't back yet," I mumbled against his neck as he soothe my hair.

"He'll be back, come on like you guys are Dixons," he said and I chuckled as I pulled back.

"But what if those walkers managed to get inside? I don't want these people to die, I don't want Ella to die, I don't want you to die," I started to get panic as Blake pulled me into a kiss.

"Stop worrying, we will make it, all of us," he said sternly yet comforting and I nodded.

"I'm going to find Ella," I told him and he nodded as I ran to find Ella.

I spotted her walking around as I approached her, "Ella can I talk to you about something?" I asked and she nodded as we sat down on the grass.

"Well, you see I think there's something wrong with me," I sighed out and she stared at me.

"Like how you kept seeing Merle?" I look at her and she nodded, "I know,"

"Yea, well I want it to end you know, ever since we got into here I start seeing him and Dad, it's like I'm not made into sitting around and guard a place, me actually fighting and being outside, that's the real me," I said and she stared at the ground processing what I had just said.

"I know April, I'd prefer fighting around also rather than sipping on a tea but," she paused to smile at me, "We can't fight forever, being behind these walls actually made us think about how much we've been through and it's just comfortable to not being outside for awhile,"

I nodded, "Maybe you just need to keep calm April you've stressed out too much, try to sit down and close your eyes for a moment," she smiled once more as she got up.

I sighed as I lay down on the grass, my legs felt tired as they couldn't move.

But slowly I drifted to sleep.

"That's because she's going to die soon,"

I look around to see that I was on a black room, everything black then I bumped into something, I felt a doorknob and twisted it as my heart dropped at the sight.

Merle and Dad were sitting on the living room back home. Home, should I even call it that?

"Yeah you're right, matter of time until those herd got her," Merle replied and my breath hitched as they noticed me.

"Oh hey darling sissy we were just talking about you," Merle said and I clenched my jaw.

I closed my eyes and inhale deeply, "This isn't real," I whispered.

I woke up in the same position I was before, gasping for air I look to see everything was still normal.

Then something came through me. An idea, but an idiotic one.

I got up on my feet as I ran to find weapon, I grabbed two guns and stuffed them inside a bag as I grabbed my crossbow. Then I stole some few foods as I threw them inside my bag.

I put on a green army jacket as I slipped on a combat boots. I tied my hair into a ponytail and grabbed a cloth to cover my mouth and nose as I tied the lace behind my neck.

Checking around for people, I ran to the side gates. I climbed it and hopped off as some walkers noticed me.

Then I pulled out my pocket knife as I stabbed the walkers that came into my way.

I really couldn't stay any more second inside there. I need to leave to get my head cleared.

Either for a couple days, or maybe forever.
