Visiting the hospital

*Rachael's pov*

It was the Wednesday before school was getting out for winter break. School had just ended. Tonight we had planned for a racing game night. All I had was a GameCube. Both Niall and I were going to cook dinner for everyone. The racing night would start at 6:30.

*Niall's pov*

Before starting my engine I decided to check my phone. I slipped my phone out of my pocket. I saw that I had a text from Louis. It said that both him and Miriam were at the hospital. "Rachael!"

"Yeah?"

"Louis and Miriam landed in the hospital ."

"Omg how?"

"I'm not sure. Louis didn't say how."

"Wow."

"Yeah but we are going to visit them. I'm driving there right now."

"Ok."

*Kirsten's pov*

Liam and I had gotten out of school about half an hour ago. We had just pulled up to Liam's driveway when his phone binged. "It's a text from Niall."

"Oh. What does it say."

"It says that Louis and Miriam are in the hospital."

"Oh no. Why?"

"I'll ask him."

*Liam's pov*

Liam- Do you know why Louis and Miriam are in the hospital?

Niall- no Louis didn't say.

Liam- oh we're heading over to the hospital right now.

Niall- Us too. See you there.

Liam- ok

**end text message.**

"Did Niall know why Miriam and Louis are in the hospital?"

"No. But we're going to the hospital."

"Ok." I peeled out of the driveway. I was really worried about Lou and Miriam.

*Catherine's pov*

Zayn and I were just walking to the parking lot. I had just finished drill team practice. Zayn's phone buzzed. He stopped holding my hand and slipped his phone out of his pocket. "It's Liam.

"Oh."

*Zayn's pov*

I unlocked my phone and read Liam's message. It read Louis and Miriam are at the hospital. I turned to Catherine and told her "Louis and Miriam are at the hospital."

"OMG. We are going to see them right?"

"Yes don't worry." Catherine and I hastily ran to my Bentley. I started it up and drove off towards the freeway.

*Maya'a pov*

Harry and I had been at home for a while. We were watching the show burn notice when suddenly Harry's phone let out a chirp. He picked up his phone and looked at it. His mouth formed an "o" when he read it. "What's wrong Harry?"

"Lou and Miriam are in the hospital."

"Oh shit what happened?"

"I have no fuckin idea. We got to go."

"Ok." We rushed out the door and into the car. Harry sped down towards the freeway in his Audi.

*Harry's pov*

Since I was driving so fast towards the hospital we arrived in less than 10 minutes. I tried my best to calmly walk in the hospital but I couldn't bring myself to. My heart pounded as Maya and I stepped inside the doors.

Maya told the lady at the front desk, "umm excuse me mam we are here to see Louis Tomlinson and Miriam Zink."

"Alright to the right and up to the seventh floor."

"Thank you." Maya followed me inside the elevator as I pressed the button for the seventh floor. We seconds later we were on the seventh floor. I raced to the desk. "Ma'm what room is Louis Tomlinson and Miriam Zink in?"

Louis is in the room to the left and Miriam is right."

"Thank you so much."

"Your welcome. I went down the hall to the left and knocked on the door.

*Louis' pov*

I heard a knock at the door. "Who is it?!"

"Harry and Maya."

"Oh ok. Come in." I watched the doorknob turn. The door slowly opened. Then stepped in Harry. "Haz!"

"Lou! Are you alright mate?"

"Yes I'm fine."

"Thank God."

"Hey Louis."

"Hey Maya." She waved at me. They both stepped to my bedside. Her eyes immediately went to the cut on my cheek. "W-what happened?"

"Someone beat both me and Miriam up. That's why we're here."

"Omg!"

"Yeah Miriam's worse though. "

"Oh. How bad?"

"A lot worse."

"You better go see her. I'm worried about her too."

"Ok."

"Tell me how she's doing when you come back."

"Ok."

Both Harry and Maya left the room quietly I lied there with a smug look on my face. Just hoping that Miriam was alright.

*Miriam's pov*

I opened my eyes in my hospital room to the sound if the doorknob turning. "Who is it?" I tiredly shouted.

"Maya and Harry."

"C-come in."

Maya's pink heels clicked on the white tiled floor. Both of their eyes filled with concern. "How are you doing?"

"Fine."

I knew my face was all busted up. I knew for a fact that I was hideous. "I don't just have a black eye."

"What else do you have?"

"Come closer."

"Ok."

I watched them step closer. Their eyes widened in shock when they saw that both of my arms were sort of stitched up but still bleeding. "A-a-are you ok Miriam?"

"I guess."

"I can't believe this happened to you."

"I can. Bad things happen to me alot."

"That's not true."

"Yes it is. Something else happened too."

"What?"

"I'll show you." I lifted up my shirt so they could see my stomach. It still had the word fat carved into it. "Omg Miriam!

"I know. Some creep cut it into me. He attacked Louis and I."

"Don't worry Miriam everything's going to be alright."

"I hope so."

"It will."

"I guess."

"We'll be right back we have to tell Louis how you're doing."

"Ok."
