Midnight finally

*Miriam's pov*

After two hours of playing games Liam turned on the tv. It was 11:45 almost time for the countdown. Niall and I jumped up and down when we saw that Justin Bieber was performing. He was performing his new song "heartbreaker."

*Niall's pov*

Miriam, Rachael, Louis and I danced to his song until it was over. We all groaned when Ryan Seacrest announced that they would be right back after commercials. Commercials were so boring I thought.

*Rachael's pov*

Five minutes later, the commercials ended. They announced that it was five minutes until midnight. "Woo I'm so excited!"

"Me too." Soon the countdown would begin.

*Louis' pov*

After some memories of the rockin New Year's Eve. The camera was now directed towards the New Years ball. Ryan Seacrest began to countdown. We followed." 10!"

"9!"

"8!"

"7!"

"6!"

"5!"

"4!"

"3!"

"2!"

"1!"

"Happy new year!" we shouted all in unison.

"Time for a fresh start."

"Yep."

"We made it to midnight."

"Yeah."

Louis shouted "I think we better get going."

"Ok."

"Bye!"

"Bye!"

Then everyone piled in their cars and drove home. What a great start to a great new year.
