High school romance

New years eve party

*Rachael's pov*

We had left five minutes ago to Liam's New Year's Eve party. At least I knew the food would be good because everybody was bringing the best food they could think of. "Niall are you excited?"

"Of course. It's a chance to get a fresh start. My first New Years resolution is to be more affectionate towards you."

"Aww that's so sweet. Ni."

"Thanks." Just then we pulled up next to Liam's house.

*Niall's pov*

"Ready to go inside."

"Yeah."

"Ok want me to carry the food?"

"Yes please."

*Niall's pov*

I rang the doorbell still holding the food. To my relief, Liam opened the door. He saw that I was struggling to carry it so he took it from me and said "here I got it mate."

"Thank you mate."

"Your welcome."

I stepped inside to see Liam's house totally decorated in exquisite decorations. "Looks good mate."

"Thank you."

We sat down next to Kirsten. In the living room the song "good time"by Carly Rae Jepsen was playing."

"This is a good song."

"Yeah it is."

*Miriam's pov*

We rang the doorbell quickly waiting for someone to answer the door. The door squeaked open. Behind it was Kirsten. "Hey Miriam, hey Louis."

"Hi."

"I'm so glad you're here."

"Us too." We replied in unison. I immediately started dancing when I got inside because the song "Catch my breath" by Kelly Clarkson was playing. I sang along.

Turning my cheek

For the sake of the show

Now that you know this is my life

I won't be told what's supposed to be right

Catch my breath no one can hold me back...

*Maya's pov*

When Harry and I stepped up to Liam's house, I could already hear the music pounding throughout the house. "You can tell there's a party in there."

"Yeah." Harry rang the doorbell hoping someone throughout the chaos would hear it. Luckily someone did behind the door stood Miriam. "Hey guys."

"Hey."

"I'm so excited."

"Me as well."

"Woo!!"

*Harry's pov*

With everyone excited for the party. I strolled into Liam's house in a jumpy manner. "This is so awesome!"

"I know!!" I was ecstatic that the song "I wish" was playing. The boys and I sang along to the song hitting the notes perfectly.

*Kirsten's pov*

As soon as everyone had arrived we directed everyone to sit at the table to eat. All the food was delicious.

*Liam's pov*

I was glad everyone had enjoyed the food but I was stressing about what I was going to plan for everyone to do until after midnight. I didn't know what everyone wanted to do and how much energy they had. This will be a fun night I thought.
