17 and pregnant

*Maya's pov*

I was lying under a scanning machine. The doctor yelled to me over the roar of the machine, "close your eyes when this starts moving ok?"

"Ok." My eyes started to close as the platform began to move. I tried to relax as I felt the bright red lights scanning me. "You can open your eyes now."

"Alright." When I opened my eyes they had to adjust to the bright fluorescent lights overhead. I struggled to keep my balance as I went out of the door to wait with Harry while they processed the results of the scan.

*Harry's pov*

Right when Maya stepped out of the room and into the waiting room my mouth curved up into a smile. She grinned back at me. "How did it go?"

"Good."

"Were you scared?"

"Yeah a little. I'm more scared about what the results are though."

"Don't worry everything will be fine."

"I hope so."

"No matter what happens just know that I love you. I will always love you."

"I love you too."

*Maya's pov*

After a few minutes of talking with Harry, the doctor came back in the room with a packet of papers." Ms. Miller you and your boyfriend might want to sit down before I tell you this.

"Ok."

"Maya you're pregnant."

*Harry's pov*

When I heard the doctor tell us that she was pregnant, I was both excited and nervous. Hopefully we would have a girl. I wanted to name her Darcy. I was lost in thought about this. As I heard the doctor talking to Maya about prenatal vitamins, I decided to ask a question. "Doctor?"

"Yes?"

"How far along is Maya?"

"A week."

"Ok. Just wondering."

"Thanks for asking. Now you two will need to schedule an appointment with one of the pregnancy specialists here."

"Ok. Will do."

"I will be right back."

"Alright."
