Recently On Behold, The One:
Celestine agrees to Eric's proposal to be his date to the Floral Tribe dance. Alexander feels anger and betrayal during this moment. The five give chase when Celestine started to run away by flying really fast. Alas, Alexander trapped Celestine in a Fire Cage, hoping to get an answer from her. But when she says it was for his protection, she broke free from the cage and ran away. What kind of protection, Alexander did not understand at all.

Chapter 16's Ending:
What does she mean by, 'get hurt'? By doing this, she is already hurting me.
---------------------------------------------------------

After so much drama and flying, Celestine started to tire out. No, if I stop, the others would catch up with me. With that, she flew faster, in hopes of reaching the Floral Tribe second after Eric.

The vision of the tribe was meters from her eyes before she felt herself sinking into an unknown abyss of darkness...

   -One Hour Later-

   "Celestine?" The voice echoed.

It sounded familliar and that frightened her. It was... Diana? Celestine jumped and realised that she was on a Floral Bed. Her mother was beside it, waiting patiently for Celestine to awake.

"Oh, it's just you mother." Celestine replied sweetly as she hugged her tightly.

Diana gave her a comforting pat on the back before looking at Celestine in the eye. Using her index finger, she lifted Celestine's chin.

"I know everything you did today. Why did you do all those things." Diana questioned, changing the topic.

   "Which thing?"

"The flying, running, being chased after and agreeing to be Eric's date to the Floral Dance."

Celestine sighed heavilly before lauching herself to tell the tale of what happened that day.

"So I thought that if I pretended that I liked Eric, he would not think I like Alexander and won't kill him." She ended, close to tears.

Diana looked astonished. She's 15 but she already knows how to sacrifice her own self for the others she love. Sweet, but she's doing it wrongly.

"Sweetie, but this kind of sacrifice is too much. If he found out, it might get worse."

   Celestine's eyes widened.

"Well, I plan to tell Alexander about it... just not now." She replied as she got off the bed.

"Celestine, you have to tell Alexander now. If Eric tried to attack him, you will be there to protect him." Diana suggested strongly, beaming with pride.

Actually that is a good idea! What if we don't get the tribe item though? It would be all my fault... I'll tell him after I get the tribe item. Yes, that's it! With that, Celestine changed into a sundress before walking out of the room when Eric dragged her to his room.

"Why did you run away? Did you mean what you said when you agreed to be my date to the dance?" He asked, bombarding Celestine with questions.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Take it easy! Yes, I did agree. But I knew I'd regret it so I ran away..." She replied, pouting.

Eric looked at Celestine with an amused look before laughing hysterically. She raised an eyebrow before giggling slightly.

"Only now do I realise how funny I sound." She admitted, turning red with embarassment.

"It isn't the sentence which made me crack up laughing, it was the look on your face! You pouted!" He exclaimed, laughing harder.

Celestine wished she was more familiar with the place, then she would feel more comfortable.

"Wanna have that duel?" She asked, smiling slyly.

Eric was overwhelmed with excitement. Finally, I get to show her that I can be her knight.

   "Agreed." He replied, acting composed.

"Oh Eric, I see you've learnt how to act composed during the five years that I disappeared." She commented silkily as she hid her right hand behind her back.

Using the hidden hand and her magic, she made a map. Not really a map but to add on to her act.

"Oh? Wha's this? A map, how delightful! But wait, there is nothing on it. Now I can't make my way to the arena to have the duel I promised with Eric." She teased sarcastically, laughing as she did.

Eric started chuckling as well, bringing out his armour. Celestine's eyes widened but went smaller as she continued to laugh.

"We aren't going to battle to death Eric! We are just having a friendly match! In fact, I'm not wearing any armour." She replied as matter of factly, using her magic to put his armour away neatly.

   He sighed heavilly before chuckling.

"You have a very good point..." He admitted, simply taking his sword.

"Of course I do. Now show us the way to the arena!" She exclaimed in her adventurous voice as the duo laughed lightly.

They walked to the arena swiftly, we can't be laughing during battle after all. Celestine thought.

When they approached the arena though, she noticed Alexander and Gais training in one of the arena. At that instant, Celestine froze. Why were dueling here? It is not very safe of them to do that...

"What are they doing here?!" She shrieked, unable to contain her shock.

"Oh, I just thought they would want some training." Eric replied nochalantly as he tried to drag Celestine with him to the next arena.

"Please, that one is an obstacle fighting course! That is for the person to fight the arena. But the two in there are fighting each other!" Celestine exclaimed, shocking Eric.

"They are in the obstacle course arena?! Who allowed them in there?" Eric exclaimed in shock.

"Was it not obvious that they were in that arena?" Celestine spat in annoyance.

Immediately, Eric pressed a red button which had the words 'Duel End' on it. With the red light flashing in the arena, Gaia and Alexander walked out.

"Thank you, for not making themselves commit suicide..." Celestine thanked as she dragged Eric to the other arena.

Oceana and Electra happened to get wind of the duel and went to watch Eric and Celestine battle. Gaia and Alexander did the same as the other two ladies and went to watch.

Celestine and Eric poised themselves, gaze intense. This, was going to be a very long battle. They both knew this but they weren't afraid. Finally they got to do the impossible. Win against the other.

You winning is just your wishful thinking. Celestine thought as she scoffed, laughing sarcatically.
