"Let's go out somewhere", I whined and Cathy shrugged "Woah! Woah!"
"Shhh!", Jayden hushed my raising voice as she rocked her baby to sleep
"You have been nagging me for years about going out and now you're the one who wants to stay in!", I whisper yelled as Jayden put her baby in the cot, Cathy sighed
"It's just Johnathan is over protective"
"And so is Nate and so is Hayden", I argued and she nodded because it's true "come on C, I've been through a war and trapped on a white piece of cardboard for two week! Let's do something fun!"
"I'll say yes if you convince your hubby to let us go", she challenged and I scrunched up my nose
"Don't ever use that word", I commented referring to 'hubby' "and fine, I'll convince him watch"

"You're not going", Hayden bluntly said and I groaned
"I haven't even said anything yet", I replied crossing my arms, Nate and Jonathan chuckled lowly
"We overheard you and the girls talking about going out", he replied and I glared at him "and you're not going out"
"Overheard my ass! You were eavesdropping!", I yelled and his hand gripped the pen- Ooo, he's angry "it's just one night for a couple of hours"
"What I said is final Ariel", he spoke in his alpha tone and I rolled my eyes "you're still recovering"
Not this again! Athena groaned
"I don't want to be trapped in this castle forever! I'm just asking for one night Hayden", I growled and he stood
"Please excuse us", he said to Nate and Jonathan, they left immediately "why don't you understand? You're not going"
"Why?", I asked standing my ground as he walked up to me- why does he have to be tall?
"One, you're Queen you should be doing this paperwork with me, but I wanted you to rest to recover", he stated, I rolled my eyes looking away and he took a hold of my chin "two, the war just ended and there still could be threats and three, because I said so"
"Three isn't a good enough reason, two I and the girls can beat someone's ass in a heartbeat- you know that and one, I can do the paperwork when I get back", I spat back smacking his hand away from me "I am a grown woman, don't you dare use that Alpha tone on me like I'll run to my room with my tail tucked between my legs"
"Why is it a life mission to go out?! Huh!"
"Because I've worked since I was born!", I yelled "I never got out as a teen and since then waited for my mate to take me out!". There was silence as Hayden looked at me, I averted my gaze- you jerk
"You're really the faithful one aren't you?", he smirked hugging me and I growled
"Sad to say I can't say the same for you", I grumbled and he sighed
"Come to think of it, we never went on a date", he commented and I rolled my eyes- duh "well I guess we have to talk about that when you get back home". I looked at him in disbelief and he kissed my forehead
"Thank you! Thank you!", I squealed jumping up and kissing his face
"Don't let any man touch you!", he called as I ran out and I came back in
