ashton was biting his lip and pacing before he dashed outside when he saw the mailman, grabbing the mail from him and the boy flicks through until he sees the one thing he's waited for for months, the letter that tells him if he was accepted into the finest art school in the country and he rushes upstairs and runs to him room, taking in his blonde boyfriend sleeping because it was five am anyway but ashton jumps on the bed, straddling him 'luke..' no answer 'luke.' and the taller boy hums when he's shaken, blinking sleepily before his eyes adjust 'hey baby..' he said sleepily, sitting up a little and ashton is staring nervously at his naked chest 'luke..i—' but luke already noticed 'well open it!' and ashton bites his lip and shakes his head, thrusting it out to luke and the blonde sighs sleepily, rubbing his eye as he uses one hand to rip the envelope, unfolding it and reading it, his lips mouthing the words until he looks up with big eyes and a grin that's slowly spreading 'baby..' he looked back down at the paper 'you got a full scholarship.'
