luke falling hard to the gravel, his cheek scarping hard against the rocks and he winces through his tears when he hears the door slam and he gets up and sprints to his boyfriend's house even though it's late at night so a few minutes later michael opens the door to a sobbing and panting and a bit bloody luke so his eyes widen and he pulls him in because michael remembers luke telling him he would be coming out to his parents tonight, after sneaking around for almost a year with michael so karen sees the sobbing boy and rushes up to him 'luke, hon, what's wrong?' and kisses his hair because michael's parents are cool with the whole gay thing so luke just sobs into michael's shirt and the purple haired boy sighed, lifting him and bringing him upstairs, running him a bath with extra bubbles before getting in and pulling him on his lap, stroking his skin and murmuring sweet things.
