Chapter 5: Family

It's been 3 days since I was at the mountain with Justin. I learned that he has a big family he has 2 brothers, 3 sisters, 1 uncle, 2 aunts, 2 grandmas, 2 grandpas and a mother and father. I also learned that most of his family didn't like me. When I went over to meet them the only person who liked me was Ashley one of Justin's sisters. All the others just gave me a look that said "your unwanted."

My mom has been begging me to introduce the family to Justin so here I was, driving Justin to Stacked. A loud, but nice restaurant. Ok it wasn't that nice of a restaurant but it has good food. The ride was half silent and I think we were both really nervous.

We pulled into the parking lot and parked. We silently got out and walked into Stacked. My family was in the table closest to the door. They got up a little to excited and went pretty much ran over to us. "Um...mom this is Justin. Justin this is my mom. And my brother and aunt." Justin smiled "it's very nice to meet you." He went to shake my moms hand but she went and hugged him instead. "It's so nice to meet you finally!" He was surprised when she hugged him so he just said "you too!" She pulled back "aren't you just sweet!" Did I just see Justin blush? I didn't know vampires COULD blush.

We went and sat down. "Well Justin what would you like to eat?" I totally forgot that Justin can't eat with us. I quickly jumped in "he already ate." My mother looked disappointed "oh...well that's a shame." Justin looked at me with a relieved face. Under the table I felt his hand touch mine. Man I was lucky.

The rest of dinner went pretty well my family seemed to really like Justin and Justin was pretty comfortable with them. Now me and Justin were driving home. I was going to drop him off then go back to my house. "I've been thinking. Maybe I should go to school when you do. Then we can hang out there." That was brilliant "yes!" He laughed "You seem to excited."

"Well yea. I'm not going to dread school as much." We pulled up to his house and Ashley came sprinting out "how did it go?" She seemed like an excited puppy who's parent just got home. "It went well." I boasted. "That's so great!" She went over to hug me then went and hugged Justin." Why was she so excited? Oh well. I slipped my hand into Justin's and looked over to see that he was smiling. I loved when he smiled.

We got inside and went straight to his room ignoring all the glares. I sat on his bed and looked around the room. He didn't have much in here "Your room is so plain I need to decorate it!" He laughed "sure thing maybe in a million years." This saddened me "I'm sorr-"

"Don't be sorry. Just...what will happen when I die and you keep living." He looked down "I don't know..." I had an idea "you could turn me into a vampire." He got this angry look on his face "I would never want to hurt you like that." This confused me "what do you mean hurt me? It would be helping me." His face still looked mad "no. I don't want to put you through that." Was he being serious? "So you basically don't want to be with me for that long?" He started laughing. I was going out the door and down the hall with hot tears streaming down my face. I thought he loved me.

I went to open the front door of the house when he came in front of me "that's not what I meant. It's painful to be turned. I wouldn't be able to see you like that." Next thing I knew I grabbed me and everything turned blurry. When the blur went away we at the mountain view. That was awesome. "It doesn't matter if it would be painful. I would get to be with you." He looked down "it's not that I don't want to be with you Lil. I really do. But don't you think we're going a little too fast?" He did have a point. "Ok fine. We wait a while then maybe. By the way...how old ARE you?" He smiled and laughed a little "356" woah. I was definitely too young to date him.

Justin took me back to my car and softy kissed me. Butterfly's were sent into my stomach. His lips were so soft. I got into my car and pulled away. I'm dating a vampire.
