Luke got to his feet, wiping his hands down the front of his jeans. "What's wrong?" I asked, in a worried tone as I had never seen him like this. He rubbed the edge of his palms against his eyes. He then took my hand and lead me down the street. We just walked in silence for a few minutes apart from the odd sniff. I glanced up at Luke, his eyes were still teary and his cheeks still red. He lead me round a corner, the start of a dark alley way. He moved me, placing me against the brick wall. As I opened my mouth to speak his lips clashed with mine. His hands on my waist and his fingers playing with the rim of my shirt. I held the back of his head with my hands, tugging on his beanie as he left trails of wet kises down my neck. I closed my eyes feeling his hands make their way upwards. He pulled my body closer to his as the kisses grew stronger. It's only when I gasped as he cupped my breast, he stopped. His face close to mine as he stared at me, his eyes a darker shade of blue. "I'm sorry..." He sighed. He turned his back, walking a little further down the alley way. My body relaxed and leaned against the wall. "I didn't mean to do that, I'm sorry" He stood still, looking at me like a child who had just been told off. "It's fine..." I sighed. I wanted to be over the moon about what had just happened. It sounds weird but I had fantasised over something like that with Luke. But because he kept apologising and saying it wasn't meant to happen, kill me inside. He couldn't feel the same about me. I was about to leave when Luke spoke up. "It' just...I'm leaving tomorrow morning, with the boys and uh... We're going to England for the whole of December." I shrugged my shoulders. He sighed in frustration and wandered over to me. He brushed my hair away, playing with the ends as he moved his hand away. "I'm going to miss you" I narrowed my eyes at him. "Are you drunk?" He laughed, finally showing his smile. "No, I'm trying to be cute!" "Hate to break it to you buddy but you're not winning me over!" "Oh really... So what was that back there? You looked pretty won over." I rolled my eyes at his smirk. Luke wanted me to spend the night with him, he wanted to spend his last hours at home with me. I told Lisa that I'd be late hom and to not wait up for me. Once again Luke took me to his room, gently closing the door behind us. I picked up his guitar and sat on the edge of the bed. "Can you play anything?" Luke asked as he went over to his wardrobe. I began playing 'Twinkle twinkle, little star'. I heard Luke laugh to himself. I lifted the guitar, about to place it back when the back of it caught my eye. Sure it was covered in so many carvings but something was different. I saw it, I saw the difference. I traced my fingers over my name, following the shapes of the ltters. Luke sat down next to me, placing his hand on top of mine and moving his fingers between mine. He slowly lifted both hands and moved mine to his lips, placing a gentle peck.
"Can I ask you something?" We were sat on the floor, pillows and cuashions leaning against the side of the bed. Luke nodded, his head leaning on it's side so he was facing me. "You know what kind of people I hang... Used to hang around with. You know too well what they're like, and it's obvious that usually you don't like those people, people like me... So why give me a chance?"
