Luke had left half an hour ago but I was still sat in the airport. It was packed, with people running, arguing and screamin but I couldn't hear any of it. All I did was replay the last moment I saw him before he left my sight. We finally managed to separate and I watched him walk to the door which lead to the plane. He turned round and gave a little wave with his toy penguin. I laughed through the tears and waved back. Then he dug into his pocket and took out his phone. Suddenly my phone rung, I answered it but before I could say anything I heard Luke's voice say, "I love you Codie" I glared up at him, trying not to cry anymore. "I love you too Luke" We hung up and he handed over his ticket and walked through the door. He loved me, he actually loved me. I sat on a chair and eventually stopped crying. Lisa had been phoning and texting like mad since she realised that I never came home. I eventually got a taxi back and as I walked up to the door a guy came up to me holding a single rose. "Are you Codie?" "Yeah why..." "I'm a friend of Luke's, he asked me to give this to you." He handed me the rose. He walked to the end of the path. "You haven't been waiting here for ages have you?" He shrugged his shoulders, "Not too long!" "Thank you!" I smiled before walking in. "Where on earth have you been?" Lisa asked in a hushed tone as it was a ridiculous time in the morning. She looked at my red face with tear stains, my messy appearance and the rose. "Sorry..." She pulled me in for a hug. "I don't know what I'm going to do whilst he's away!" I muttered. She moved away and held my head in her hands. "I've told you time and time agai, take up a dancing class!"
I sighed and walked away. "You have a talent Codie, don't let it go to waste!" I shut my bedroom door behind me. The rest of the day I spent in bed, numerous knocks at my door but I wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone. I feared that I was going to be like that for the whole month and a bit that Luke was away. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened soon after Luke came back for Christmas.
Luke surprised me one morning before Christmas by turning up at my front door. I squeeled as I threw myself at him, closing my eyes as I squeezed him. "What are you doing here? You're not meant to be back for a few weeks!" I said. "It's Christmas and I needed to see you so bad!" He said before kissing my lips. I broke away, "No really!" I laughed. Luke didn't exactly laugh too. My smile quickly faded as I removed my arms from around his neck. He tried to explain it to me, but I didn't want to hear any of it. "Codie please!" He begged, chasing me up the stairs. I tried to shut my door but Luke put his foot in the way. "Codie, let me in!" He sighed. Tears were building up as I let go of the door. He pulled me into him, wrapping his arms around me from behind. "I can't wait that long" I sighed, leaning my head back on his shoulder. "I don't want you to wait" I turned around, my body close to Luke's, "Are you sure?" He nodded before pressing his lips to mine.

We were on my bed, Luke balancing over me. Before things went further I pushed him back and went to lock my door. As I turned to head to the bed Luke took a condom out of his pocket and placed it on my bedside table. "Come prepared I see!" Raising my eyebrows before I ran and jumped onto him, straddling his waist.
