I, want, to die. He likes him. My grumpy, annoying, workaholic father actually likes him. With all the smiling and laughing he's been doing, you would think he was the one marrying the guy. I haven't seen him this happy in a long while.
"So Ethan, what hobbies do you have?" I looked up at the guy and saw him wipe his mouth before speaking. Everything about this guys screams 'proper'.
"Well, I have many I suppose. I like reading, art, music, calligraphy, and just spending time with my friends." He sounds, boring! Does this guy ever do anything interesting?
"Wonderful. Your parents also tell me you have traveled?" My ears perked up at the mention of travel. I always love traveling and getting as far away from all of this as possible.
"Yes. I have traveled to many places. I lived in Japan for a few years, then I traveled to Italy, Rome, Paris. I love to travel and see what else the world has to offer." Hey! That's exactly what I told James just a few hours go.
"Interesting. Carter here also enjoys to travel. He's been to more places than I ever have in my entire life." That's cause I'm not a freaking workaholic.
"Really? I hope to one day know of all the places you have seen." I can't get over how innocent he seems. I don't mean it as bad thing. It's more like he's to good to be true.
"Yeah, I don't know. I have a life." I need to make this guy hate my guts. And if his parents think I'm no good hopefully they will cancel all of this. "How much longer? I have a date tonight. You know, cause I like women!"
"Carter!" He was turning red in the face. I was about to tell him to calm the hell down, he knows about my life, when pretty boy spoke up first.
"Please Charles, try to relax. You see, I can understand why this would bother Carter. He is a straight young man, and not interested in a man. I myself am Bisexual, so the idea does not bother me. That, and it was asked of me by father." So he was into both guys and girls, and doing it because he's old man asked him too. "Carter."
"Yeah?" He looked at me with a gentle smile on his face.
"If you wish, go and pick up your date. A gentleman never leaves a young lady waiting." I searched his face for any sign that he was messing with me, but he didn't seem like that kind of guy. I simply nodded and placed my napkin on the table. Excusing myself I went and had the driver take me home. I didn't have a date tonight, I just didn't want to be there.

"How could you just walk out like that!" He's been yelling at me since he got home. The second he set foot inside the house, all you could hear was yelling and cursing. "You are so lucky Ethan talked to his parents, they were furious!"
"Good! Maybe they can finally cancel this stupid arrangement! I am not marrying some guy, and you can't make me!" I'm pretty sure it's against the law or something, I should look it up.
"Oh yes I can!" I turned to look at my father. For a man in his late forties, he is still in good shape. I can see the resemblance, I look just like him. Tall, hard features, brown almost black hair, but that's where the similarities end. I have my mother's eyes, and my own personality.
"Oh yeah, and how's that? I can kick your ass in a fight." He straightened up and looked me in the eyes. His brown eyes digging holes into my face.
"I have been patient with you. I ignore seeing your face in all the tabloids, all those different young women. I continued to support all your ridiculous travels, all so you could do as you damn well please!" He hit the table between us. We were sitting in one of the living rooms. I have to admit, I haven't seen him blow up like this in a long while.
"So what are you going to do cut me off?" I said it mostly to be a smart ass, but when he didn't respond I got worried. "You can't!"
"Oh yes I can. None of it is your money, it is all mine. You are a grown man, who has never worked a day in your life. So now you have a choice. Either marry Ethan, and I will continue to provide you with money for the rest of your miserable life. Or, I cut you off. Then you will have to work for your money. The choice is yours." With that he walks away, leaving me stunned. Knowing the old fart, he would do it too.
"Damn it!" I bang my hand on the table, and watch as is broke. I get up and walk away. I head to my room and dial one person who can take my mind off of all of this.
"Hello." Her voice rings clear in my ears.
"I need you." I can almost see the smirk on her ruby red lips.
"You know where the key is." With that she hangs up. I grab my keys and walk to the garage. I pass all the cars and motorcycle, until I get to mine. I hopped in and drove twenty over the speed limit. I want to get my frustration out, and fast.
Once I am parked out front, I hop out and grab the key. I open the door and see her sitting on her couch. She is only wearing a small robe, exposing her long smooth legs. Her breast peeking just through the material of the silk robe. The light of the lamp gave her blond hair a soft glow. She turned to face me, her soft blue eyes staring back at me.
"You want to forget something." She knows me just as well as James.
"My old man is pissing me off, and I need to clear my head." She stands up and drops her robe. The soft material pooling around her feet, leaving her naked body exposed to me. The light from the lamp is dim, but it can't hide her beauty from me. She walks towards me, and wraps her hands around my neck. Lowering my head to rest on her soft breast. I can hear the soft thumping of her heart next to me.
"Let me help you clear your mind." She leads me to the couch. Me on top, and her under me with her arms wrapped around me.
"Katherina." And that's how I spend the rest of my night. Me on top, with her screaming my name over and over. I can't marry a man, when I know I can do this to women. I won't, I can't marry a man.
