Blake was becoming more and more agitated when it came to his mother. She had called again, this time she wanted to talk about him coming up to see her.
"Blake it's important that I see you. I have some things that I really need to talk to you about."
"I don't really have the time to go to Michigan to see you and for a reason I don't trust."
"What do you mean you don't trust?" She paused before going on, "I'm not going to hurt you Blake. I know the past but that is exactly what that was, it was the past. I am not with your father anymore. It's just me here. I just really need to see you and talk to you about some things."
"I think it's a trap." Jaye said after Blake had told her what had happened between him and his mother.
"Part of me does too. But I don't know."
"You need to go don't you?"
Blake nodded, "I think I do."
"You know I support you through anything so if this is something that you have to do then I support it. However if that bitch does anything to hurt you she'll have to deal with me."
Blake smiled, "I love it when you get all riled up!"
"We'll you are my Babyboy. No one gets to just hurt you like that and come back into your life like nothing happened."
Blake leaned in and kissed her, she kissed him back still thinking that this was a bad idea but knew that once his mind was made up that was all she could do, was to support her man.
