School project

In history we have to do a project on a Greek hero, monster, god, or goddess and I chose Hecate.
I'm regretting my decision now because my browser history contain
Witchcraft
Magic
Necromancy
What is a polecat
Ghosts
Torches
Sorcery
Magic
Empousai and Lamiai
Is Hecate really the goddess of the mist
(Apparently not)

I think my parents are worried now half the websites I've visited are satanic

Yeah go magic

But this project was so hard to sort through what was real historical evidence, modern day wiccan and satanist worshipping, and Percy Jackson.
Percy Jackson was the majority of the websites.

I got to go first in presenting my project, I volunteered (as tribute), and spent the whole class muttering under my breath corrects, I knew that, or Percy Jackson references, proving that I am a very big mythology nerd.
*sigh*

But really did people do no research?

Cerberus, contrary to popular belief, is actually pronounced Ker-ber-us, but that's not a really big deal. And it may have just been the Latin pronunciation...

I'm not even going to start on their pronunciation of Hephaestus because I'm almost positive no one can pronounce it without looking it up
