Cinder and Thorne
Cress and Kai

(Well, they uses to. Not anymore. After Winter, I am all for Kaider and Cresswell. Plus, Cinder and Thorne are an even better brotp than Percy and Jason.)

Scarlet and Wolf is canon, so that's good. And the book explains why it works.

I think Cinder and Thorne should be together because Cinder never fangirled over him. I don't like the ships that involve one character falling in love with another who just thinks everyone should love them.
So I don't really ship Clary and Jace... but that's another fandom.
Thorne thinks he's the most amazing person on the planet, and expects everyone to accept that. Cinder didn't. But they still get along. And I just think they'd make a great couple.

I don't ship Cress with Thorne because she obsesses over him too much. Thorne expects people to do that, and Cress just seems a little too obsessed. I don't understand why people obsess over real people, but that's just me. I obsess over fictional characters, which I will never have a chance to meet, so I will never have the awkward moment of having to explain why I know so much about them. I like Cress, but Thorne's was the first guy she met, and I think she'd be better with Kai. Kai just seems to me like he would be good with Cress, who gets excited at everything, like trees and cities. Kai would be the type of person who would just stare at her lovingly while she gets so happy about butterflies and water.

But I'm pretty sure Cress and Thorne will end up together, and Cinder will be with Kai, but at least Scarlet and Wolf are canon.

Just my opinions, not trying to force them on you.

I tried to explain Cinder to my friend and oh my gosh. Oh it was terrible.

"So, Cinderella is a badass cyborg mechanic. And she's the lost Princess Selene, and rightful Queen to the Moon. So she's an alien. And she doesn't need her prince-who-is-now-an-emperor to save her. Her fairy godmother is the best android with a broken personality chip, who is sometimes a ship, and she joins up with literal Flynn Rider the space pilot to save the world from the moon after she tries to stop her prince from marrying the evil step mother from Snow White who is her aunt. She leaves her foot instead of her shoe behind at the ball. And then there's Belle from beauty and the beast, who is also Red Riding Hood, and Wolf who is not the big bad wolf but the beast, oh and Rapunzel is a hacker trapped on her satellite. Snow White's schizophrenic. And, yeah, they are better than the original fairy tales. Just...just read them."
