9.11.2084 Monday Night
The park was mine for at least another two hours and I still hadn’t caught sight of my meal. Could I have ate them all? No. I made sure to leave the ones bearing children be. I circled toward the lake and finally caught the scent of an old doe. ‘Yes, something to settle this urge,’ I thought happily as I edged closer, keeping my tail low to the ground.
There it was, drinking from the lake with no idea that I stalked her. It was defiantly an old one with fur falling out, but it wasn’t sick; so I could feast. I dashed out and killed it instantly. It never saw me coming. I would be filled again before heading home for a couple hours of sleep.
