Yea, okay, short chapter, kill me if you want, you'll meet me in Rainbow Land. ;P So anyways, I've noticed the plots of my stories and stories I read are all slightly similar.  And a lot of authors of the stories I'm reading are saying someone is copying their story. I hope they don't think it's me cause I'm not copying them... Just letting anyone who reads this to know that. I think I'll mention this in my other stories too. Please read those along with this one! Comment or vote if you want! <3

Kat: It’s so annoying watching Dusty girl but I seriously can’t help it. She’s just so happy and springy- it’s disgusting. Tiffany frowned at me. “Stop sneering like that, you’re going to get wrinkles,” she scolded poking my face. I swatted her hand away but turned my back to Dusty girl and Griffin. Our parents were off somewhere in the crowd, not like it mattered. The intercom crackled and the voice informed everyone the gates were opened. Couldn’t these people get better technology? I could barely understand the thing. I couldn’t wait to get off of stupid Earth.

I grabbed Tiffany’s hand and practically dragged her through the crowd. “What in this world are you doing?” she whined, fluffing her ponytail. “You’re ruining my hair dragging me around like this!” she exclaimed. I paused to glance over my shoulder; I felt a genuine smile spread across my face. It felt good to be this happy again. As if some part of my inner child I thought I had pushed away was back. Tiffany scowled. “What kind of face is that? You look like an idiot,” Just then, a large woman pushed in front of Tiffany. I had to let go of Tiffany’s hand to keep going. “Hey! Kat!” called Tiffany.

She finally caught up with me after a while. We were both speed walking down the long pathway to the shuttle. Before she could say anything, I cut her off. “I just can’t wait to get to Zeron!” I exclaimed cheerfully. Tiffany rolled her eyes and pushed me playfully but she was smiling too.

Going to the shuttle from Earth to Zeron was very much like going from Zeron to Earth. There were ten large shuttles to hold everyone. Tiffany and I climbed into the shuttle labeled A1 according to our tickets. I sat at a window seat though why there were windows made no sense. The shuttle was basically a large tube-like thing made almost completely of clear… strong stuff. I know crappy description but like I care? I just want to get to Zeron. It doesn’t matter how, just as long as I get there.

Tiffany leaned back in her seat. Even though there were seats, the shuttle reminded me of a circular elevator that went much farther. There was no pilot; just professionals to make sure the ship didn’t go haywire. Gradually, more people poured into the shuttle. I saw my parents over at the other side of the shuttle. Glancing over at Tiffany, I intended to continue out endless chat about going back to Zeron but… she was asleep.

As soon as the place was full, the professionals would tell us the typical procedures like buckling up, and that we were about to leave I assumed. And they did. Tiffany was asleep though so I grudgingly buckled her in. Nothing would really happen but safety was important right?

I felt a slow rumble as the shuttle started up. There was an annoying buzz ringing in my ear. This was all familiar. It reminded me of when I first left Zeron- what a terrible moment. Looking out the window (and wall) I saw the other shuttles beginning to take off. Seemed Dusty girl was probably in another shuttle… like I care! The trip was nice to watch which was probably why the material the shuttle was made of was clear. I watched the dark space speed pass my eyes. All I could see was that eternal darkness and specks of lights. It was beautiful and all weird and calm in the shuttle as we zoomed by. No one said anything at all, it was nicely serene. The space wasn’t completely black though, it was also bluish red along with the black and was like looking in oil. Typical pretty crap. I’m not used to this stuff at all. I’m used things like pretty clothes and people. Last trip, I was too busy crying to see anything. Everything looked so much better knowing I was being taken home.

Only after a few quick minutes we were at Zeron, sweet, gorgeous, Zeron. I shook Tiffany awake roughly. Her head rolled side to side like a dead person. Do I sleep like that? Creepy. She sleepily rubbed her eyes. She leaned over my seat and out the window. There were plenty of people already outside and more coming out of shuttles. I looked out the window too, taking in the scenery. It was so familiar and so wonderful. “No way…” she trailed off quietly. She glanced in my direction. “Are we really, finally-?” she asked, her voice getting higher with each word.

I beamed, grinning like a little kid. “Yes way. Were really, finally at Zeron.”
