This is dedicated to one of my friends because... She's always forcing me to try new stuff and accept ppl (which is in this chapter I think?) and just cuz I wanted to :P AUGH! Another short chapter!!! Don't kill me, I'll kill myself with the dissapointment.... Well anyways, I really do like this chapter though. Kat is actually getting to be nice :O I wanted to drag out the scene and make it longer but... I guess you can say my writing gets crappy if it's too long. XD This story is almost over!!!! It's not done yet, but the last chapter mite be the last ^.^ So sad.... Well, enjoy! And maybe drop a comment and vote if you'd like? :)

Cecilia: Zeron was certainly beautiful. As I stepped out of the shuttle I felt just as when I had first stepped on Earth’s surface. It actually was just like Earth’s surface but it felt… different somehow. Griffin and our families stepped out behind me. I glanced back at them. Mama and Papa stumbled a little as their feet touched solid ground. “I’m going to explore a little on my own okay?” I called out. Mama nodded and waved me off, her other hand clutching Papa’s shoulder to stand straight. I waved at Griffin and ventured off.
According to Papa, all our homes had already been chosen for us for convenience. I strolled along the streets, wondering which one was mine. Most of the buildings looked similar to Earth’s, except they were made of metal- no wood. There were some buildings shaped oddly, curving and spiraling differently from what I usually saw. Some people had arrived early and the place seemed to bustle with excitement. Zeron reminded me of what scientists had always dreamed the future of Earth to be like. Lots of high-tech electronics, different transportation and buildings; it was no wonder why Kat hated Earth. I felt my stomach lurch thinking of what Griffin might’ve felt.
“Oh um, hey Cecilia! I was uh… looking for you,” he said grinning, jogging toward me. I paused in my little stroll as Griffin caught up. He let out a little laugh. “I show you around but it has been a while,” said Griffin. It’s weird how in such a short time we knew each other a lot better and Griffin was much more open, smiling and laughing- not that I’m complaining.
Kat: “Hey Kat,” a husky voice said, cutting off my endless happy dance. I turned around, it was Nat. Tiffany whirled past me. As she went by she whispered in my ear.
“Ooo it’s the lovely Nat. He’s got the hots for you!” she giggled. Spinning away in her own dance she called out, “Your names rhyme!” I rolled my eyes at her giddiness even though a few seconds ago I was just as happy. Anyways, there Nat was, standing right in front of me. Damn he looked hot. He hadn’t changed much since I last saw him. Not that he could. He was already super gorgeous. After a while, I realized I still hadn’t responded. I totally lost my cool as I scrambled for words, something clever, amusing, or cute, but not seeming like I was trying too hard… Nat smirked, obviously seeing my inner dilemma. Oh what the hell. Looking at him really hard, and thinking about it even harder, there was something I was pretty sure of.
“You know Kat, I’ve been thinking,” Nat began. Omigod our names DO rhyme!!!! “I’ve changed, you’ve changed so maybe we could hang out, just like you wanted a while ago.” He winked at me, that sexy smirk still on his face. Yummy yes, but no, I’ve got to stay strong. Naturally beautiful people still have to put an effort into their looks you know. I placed my hand on my hip. Striding toward where he stood, I took in a deep breath. Confusion flitted past Nat’s eyes. He could sense a rejection coming, I knew it- and obviously, he wasn’t used to rejections.
I grinned at him, imitating his smug look. He opened his mouth to say something and I put my finger to his lips. “No.” I said simply. “I don’t need you in my life, and I don’t want you in my life. I have changed, and I’ve also moved on,” I said calmly. I lowered my hand, turned on my heel and walked calmly toward Tiffany. Yay for me, I did it! I rejected Nat!
Now that I thought about it, Nat had always taken a little part in me, holding me back. I felt as though I were breaking these chains and it felt good. Absolutely, totally good. I danced around from the excitement of being in Zeron, and leaving Nat. I pumped my fist up, silently muttering Yes! To myself.
“You rejected Nat? The Nat?” Tiffany gasped with shock. I shrugged casually, though it did seem pretty big to me too. Tiffany shook her head whether from disapproval or disbelief, I had no idea.
“It doesn’t really matter though,” I assured her. “He isn’t that big a deal,”
“You saying that, I don’t quite believe you,” Tiffany replied. I laughed out loud and she rolled her eyes. “And by the way- you’ve got another problem.” Tiffany said bluntly. I stopped laughing to stare at her… what problem? I felt dread creeping up me. “Bird-boy and Cecilia are dating. That’s like- disastrous!” She exclaimed. Ah… that’s what she was talking about! I smiled at Tiffany. A genuine nice-person smile (amazingly).
“I think we can just leave them alone now.” I replied; and I really did mean it.

I could end the story right here, couldn't I? But.... I want my story to be as long as possible. Tsk, I was expecting so much more.... :'P Well did you like it as much as I did???? :D
