The show came into the last minutes and we were all at the edge of our seats. The show cued up The Grove and we all watched attentively. Nick is singing and we all watched the screen in the ballroom and smiled. A video montage started playing and we all had huge smiles on our faces. Maks grabbed Noelle's hands and started waving them side to side. I looked at them and smiled. Noelle giggled. Derek saw us and pointed at us. Him and Bindi smiled and we waved as the song ended. The results are about to come in. Third place..Alek and Lindsay! We all clapped for them as it faded back to commercial and they all quickly ran off to the ballroom. I bounced in my seat nervously. Maks looked over at me and touched my shoulder. You alright? he asked. I nodded. I'm just anxious. I said. I really hope Bindi and Derek win, they deserve it. I said. Maks nodded agreeing with me as they came running into the ballroom. We all cheered and clapped. Noelle instantly got excited when she saw Derek. They stood up on the stage as the show came back from commercial. We all clapped and cheered. Bindi and Derek's name were called and we cheered. Winners..we were at the edge of our seats. Bindi and Derek! Maks and I ran up from our seats and hugged Bindi and Derek. Derek hugged me. Yes! he cheered. I hugged Bindi tight. You won! I exclaimed. Ah! we both screamed screamed. They grabbed the mirrorball and held it high in the air as they were lifted up by other dancers. I smiled and hugged them as they were let back down. The lights dimmed in the arena. We all looked around. Tom spoke up. Oh, you thought the show was over? he asked. We have one more thing in store for you. We all turned around to see the screen light up. A video of Val and Noelle came up on the screen. Val was down on one knee in front of Noelle. We all gasped. Maks came up and wrapped and arm around me. Val started speaking on the screen. Noelle, you know I love your Aunt Jamaica very much? he asked. She nodded. You two wove each other very, very much! she exclaimed. We all laughed. Maks squeezed my shoulder and I smiled at him. How would you feel..If I spend the rest of my life with your aunt? he asked pulling out the fake ring he bought for her. Can I be your Uncle Val? he asked. Noelle nodded and hugged Val tight. They pulled away and Val slid the ring onto her finger. I had tears coming out of my eyes as a spotlight came on Val coming out from backstage with a bouquet of roses. Maks turned me into his direction and I laughed and covered my mouth. Val came over to me and smiled. He hugged me and kissed my head handing me the roses. He was handed a mic. He slowly got down on one knee in front of me and the crowd erupted into cheers. I wiped a few tears as they left my eyes. I uh..he ran a hand through his hair. He looked at me and then back at the ground. He looked at Maks and he nodded for Val to continue. Val looked up at me and he smiled. Jamaica Rose..he started. The crowed erupted into cheers. There's so much I could say about this incredible woman. he said. I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say she's had an impact on all of us. Val said looking around. Everyone nodded and smiled at me. I never thought it would be possible for me to love anything more than I love this show or..he said pointing at the trophy in Bindi's arms. That. he said. He looked up at me. He shook his head. But the woman standing in front of me is so much better than all that. Everyone awwed and I smiled. She looks breath taking tonight and she has helped me on my worst days and I'll never be able to put into words how much her and Noelle mean to me. he said. She's one of the most important women in my life, and I love her. So..Jamaica Rose..he said standing up. He whistled and we all watched as Sleep came out in a tuxedo and a ribbon tied around his neck. I smiled as Val untied the ribbon to reveal a black box. I gasped. Val looked at me and got back on one knee. Sleep sat next to Val and looked up at me. Jamaica Rose..Will you make me the happiest man alive? Will you marry me? he asked opening the box to reveal a rose shaped ring surrounded by other small diamonds. I gasped and nodded my head as tears flowed out of my eyes. Val stood up and kissed me passionately spinning me around. Love Don't Change by Jermih started playing and Artem and another dancer came out and started dancing to the song. Val smiled at them and slipped the ring onto my finger. I smiled down at the ring than looked back at him. Everyone cheered and came over and hugged us. So, I guess it's official. Maks said coming over to us. What, that I'm stuck with you two forever? I asked with a laugh. Maks laughed. Regretting it yet? he asked. I shook my head. I wouldn't trade this for anything. I said hugging Maks. He hugged me back. I love you, sister. Maks said when we pulled away. I love you too. I said as he kissed my head. He winked at me and I turned around to see Val and his parents. They both smiled at me. I smiled and they and me into hugs. Val's father patted him on the back. You did good, son. he said. I smiled at them. So, was this everything you hoped for? Val asked grabbing my hand and leading me into the middle of the dance floor. I shook my head. His face dropped. I smiled as Artem, Mark, Carlos, and Derek walked over to us. This is better than I could have ever dreamed of. I said smiling. Val smiled and they all hugged me. Derek looked at us. What are we still doing here? he asked. We all looked at him as he grabbed the mirrorball. Let's celebrate! he exclaimed. We all cheered and a bottle of champagne was popped open. Val wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my cheek.
