Please welcome the newly engaged couple; Val and Jamaica! Val and I danced out onto the stage and everyone laughed. I sat down on the couch and Val sat down next to me. First off, congratulations. she said smiling at us. We smiled and thanked her. So, how does it feel? she asked. Val beamed at me. I mean, she's absolutely amazing and when you find that one person that makes you feel on top of the world, you don't let her go and I found her. he said grabbing my hand and kissing it. I love you guys, I love you. she said with a laugh. We laughed. So, we have some questions from our GMA viewers. You two up for it? she asked. We both nodded. Let's do it! I cheered. She smiled. Okay, first question; How do you two feel about Derek and Bindi winning the mirrorball? she asked. I started talking and Val cut in. I looked at him. You can go. I said with a laugh. He smiled at me. Well, I'm very proud of both of them. I've gotten to know Bindi over the months of competition and she is just a beautiful spirit. She's young, but you wouldn't know it. She truly is amazing and it was well deserved. As for Derek, that guy is incredible in and out of the ballroom and I love him like a brother. he said. She smiled and looked at me. Yeah, I agree with Val completely. Bindi is like a little sister to me and I love her to pieces. She's the sweetest thing, which you all seen throughout the show. Whenever you're around her, you can't stay mad or upset, she always know how to brighten someone's mood and her dancing is amazing. Derek...I don't even know where to start with that guy. We all laughed. Derek is seriously like a big brother to me and he is absolutely amazing. He's my bestieeeee for life and I love him to pieces. They deserved that mirrorball. She smiled. Next question, how did you two meet? Val and I looked at each other and exchanged a laugh. Funny story actually..I said starting. We were both at Starbucks and I was just coming leaving and he was coming in. He was on his phone, and I wasn't paying attention to where I was going and we ran right into each other. I said smiling. He apologized immediately and said he was sorry. I said. Val cut in. I offered to buy her another drink, but she rejected. You know me, I wasn't going to give up without a fight. I asked again, and she finally accepted, so I bought her a drink and we talked. The rest is history. he said smiling at me. I smiled back. Next question. How long have you two been dating? Val smiled proudly. A year and four days. he said. I looked at him impressed. Okay, so let's talk about Noelle. she said. We both smiled as a picture from the show last night of Noelle, Val, and I cued up on the screen. We smiled. Uh yeah, Noelle is Jamaica's niece and she's the sweetest thing. Val started. She always puts me into a good mood whenever she's over at our house. I smiled. You should see those two when they're together. It's honestly the cutest thing. They adore each other. I said smiling. Ever having kids of your own? she asked. Val looked at her. Well, me personally; I've always wanted a family of my own, but at this point in time, I just don't see it happening. he said. But in the future, of course I would love to have a family of my own. he said. I smiled. I completely agree with him. When the time is right, it'll happen. I said with a smile. And you actually proposed to Noelle also. she said looking at Val. He nodded. I did. he said with a laugh. You know, I'm an old fashioned guy. he said running a hand through his hair. I believe in getting the family's permission before proposing and Noelle is a big part of Jamaica's life, so I had to make sure it was okay if I proposed to Jamaica and become her Uncle Val, officially. he said. We both smiled at him. This is another question for Val. When did you know Jamaica was the one? Val smiled and laughed. I knew the first day I met her. he said. She was dressed in her work attire and she looked absolutely breathtaking. Then when she showed up at the DWTS studio, I knew it was a sign. She's just amazing in every single way possible. he said looking at me. I'm thankful everyday for her. he said kissing my hand. She smiled at us. You two are the cutest! she exclaimed. We both smiled. Can we see the ring? she asked. I held up my hand to show her. That's a big rock! she exclaimed. She gaped at the camera. Val laughed. How much did that cost you?! she asked. 220k. Val said nodding his head. Everyone gasped. He shook his head and started talking with his hands. No, No; it doesn't even matter though. he said. She's worth it. he said winking at me. And Val, how is Tamar? she asked. Val nodded. Yeah, you know; Tamar's a fighter. She won't let anything keep her down and last time I checked on her she was doing okay. So, the best thing any of us can do is keep sending positive vibes her way. She is an amazing person and I was blessed to get to go on this journey with her. Okay last question and the question I think is on everyone's mind...When's the wedding? she asked. We looked at each other. We both shrugged. Val sighed. Our schedule is crazy, you never know what's gonna happen, so we just take it day by day. But when the day comes, it'll be amazing. I can't wait to make her my wife. he said. I smiled at him and leaned my head on his shoulder. He kissed my head. Well, congratulations again. she said shaking our hands. We smiled at her. Next, we'll talk with this seasons champion's; Bindi and Derek. Their faces showed up on the screen and they waved. Val and I stood up and he grabbed my hand and walked into the DWTS Dance party room. A huge banner was hung up that said congratulations and Artem and Mark came over and hugged us. I hugged them back and they both kissed my head. I smiled and took a sip of my coffee. I set my cup down as Artem grabbed my hand and lead me to the dance floor and started dancing with me.
