~6 Months Later~

I laid in the hospital bed in so much pain. Val reached for my hand and I squeezed it. He ran a hand over my head. How you feeling, babe? he asked in a soothing voice. Pain..ful...I said between breaths. He smiled at me and kissed my head. We had been at the hospital for two hours, because I started having contractions. We were out hanging out and having lunch with GramDukes, when I fell to the ground in pain. The doctor came into the room with a smile. Hello Jamaica. he said shaking my hand. I lightly shook his hand. You're her husband? he asked turning his attention to Val. He nodded and shook his hand. Val. he said. I'm Dr. Grey. he said. They nodded at each other as the doctor turned his attention to me. How are you feeling? he asked. She's in a lot of pain. Val said for me. I looked gratefully at him and he smiled. While Mrs. Chmierkovskiy. the doctor said flipping through his clipboard. It looks as though you are fairly well dilated, so we can begin the procedure whenever you're ready. he said. I nodded my head and looked at Val. He grabbed my hand and laid a kiss to it as other nurses came into the room with a prep table. I let out a painful yelp in pain as a contraction hit. Val squeezed my hand. He ran a finger across my hand as the doctor got everything prepped and ready. Val..I said looking at him. Yes babe? he asked. What if something goes wrong? I asked with a tear running down my cheek. He smiled and wiped my tear. He laid a kiss along my sweaty head and smiled. Everything will be fine babe, don't worry about anything. he said. I nodded as the doctor stood in front of me and I was instructed to control my breathing and prepare to push the baby out. I squeezed Val's hand as I began to push. A few minutes later faint cries filled the room. I looked over at Val and he had the biggest smile on his face and a bead of sweat running down his head. He smiled and kissed my head. You did it baby, you did it. he said as the doctor put the baby down on a table and began cleaning it off. Well Mr. and Mrs. Chmierkowskyi, you gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. he said with a smile. Val looked over at me with a smirk. Ooh, she's going to be spoiled! he said. The doctor and I laughed. I saw Val pulled out his phone and I heard my phone go off in my bag. He showed me what he posted on Twitter. @iamvalc: I am officially a father 🙏🏽❤️ Welcome to the world baby girl 👧🏽 @JamaBJamaica, I love you so much 😘 I smiled and kissed his cheek as the doctor turned towards us. Do you have an outfit you would like to put on her? he asked. Val nodded as he grabbed the bag that had the baby's and I stuff in it. He pulled out a pink onesie that had Dancing With The Stars Mrs. Chmierkowskyi printed on it. Val walked over to the doctor and handed it to him. I glanced over at the doctor and watched as he dressed her. He brought her over to me wrapped up in a blanket. I took her from him and held her in my arms. She had both eyes closed and I smiled as Val came and sat at the head of the bed by me and smiled. She's beautiful. he said. I smiled as Val touched her hand and she wrapped her hand around his fingers. I smiled as Val grabbed his hand and took a picture of all of us.

~Baby Shower~

Val held onto Valentina and held onto my hand with his free hand as we walked into our baby shower. I smiled as I looked around at all of our friends in family. Valentina was born a few months ago and everyone was absolutely in love with her. Maks walked over to us with a smile. May I hold my niece? he asked. We nodded with a smile as Val handed Valentina over to Maks. I smiled as I watched Maks and Peta beam at Valentina. So, when's the wedding? I asked with a laugh. Maks looked up at me with a wink. I laughed. I'll let you know. he said with a smile as he handed Valentina back to Val. I smiled as Val grabbed my hand and lead us to the gift table. I grabbed a bag and started opening all the presents people bought for us. I smiled at all the gifts. Val danced around with Valentina in his arms and I laughed and smiled.
