"Boys! and Hillary.. Suspended really? Again? What will I do with you" She met us at the door.
"Give us love?" Jermy offered getting some snickers from the rest.
"Mom chill we have a guest" James said.
"Oh my Steven What happened to your face? And yours?" She looked at Tobias. "Don't tell me you two were fighting?"
"Well yeah" Steve started "But it was Hillary's fault she put us against each other" Mom gave me a disapproving look.
"No I did not!!.." Mom cut me off and ushered to get us inside.
"So why are the rest of you suspended?"
"Well Chet was bullying Megan again so we beat the crap out of him.. Hope he loses his arm" James said.
"Good" Mom likes when we step up for each other, she encourages us even if we get suspended. "Now is anybody going to help me or should I cook for 12 by myself?" She said after learning Tobias's name.
"Whose coming?" I asked
"Jade and Zack and a new girl he wants to introduce"
We jammed into the kitchen laughing and making food. Tobias seemed to be having fun as he chopped the carrots and told us some really funny stories.
Jade arrived along with Meg and Riley. She helped out on the setting the chairs in the backyard. Meg was taking photos as usual and Riley just smooched with Eric.
"Hey all" Dad came in and gave Riley and Eric a stern look. They immediatly sat on different ends of the Sofa. Dad doesn't like it when Riley cuddles up with Eric or when she does anything with Eric. He just doesn't like Eric.
"Hey daddy" Jade gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Hope you're not off dating like those two" She smiled and shook her head no.
"Who's this young man?"
"This is Tobias" Jermy introduced.
Dad started to interrogate Tobias intimidating him, but then he warmed up to him and it wasn't awkward anymore.
The bell rang amd Tobias jumped to my side "You don't have more siblings do you?"
I giggled "Only one, Zack he's the eldest.. He's bringing home a girlfriend"
"Oh" He said.
"Hey Zackarie." My mom engulfed him with a tight hug and started laughing. Every week we have this barbeque and mom acts like she hasn't seen Zack and Jade for weeks. I wonder what she'll do when we all leave.
"Mom, dad this is Amanda"
She shook there hands firmly and gave them a shy smile. She had long blondish hair and bright blue eyes.
"So how long have you two been together?" I asked.
"3 months" We all looked at him but I was the only one to spoke. "How come we only hear about you today?"
"Shut up Hillary" Zack said.
"No it's fine.. I told him not to say a thing about me.. I was intimidated by your huge number so many people to impress" She said nervously and we all broke into laughter.
"This is Hillary the badass" Zack started to introduce us "That's Riley and her boyfriend Eric, Those identicals are James and Jermy and the photographer is Megan and that's Steven with the messed up face and that's, who is that?" He pointed at Tobias "Did you get another kid while I'm away?!"
"I'm Tobias smith" He said confidently. "I'm at your siblings' school"
"Nice to meet you." They shook hands.
Zack was all cuddly and polite with Amanda acting all mature and boring. While they were whispering stuff to each other on the Sofa I sat across of them on the table.
"Who are you and what have you done to my brother?" I told Zack.
"Go away Riley" That was odd, he never mistaked me for Riley.
"Oh My Gosh Zackarie Tomas Williams" I stood up yelling at him "When I get a boyfriend I'll forget all about you.. mistaking me with Riley after all those years" I was joking, everyone knew that maybe except for Amanda and Tobias.
"Well I'll be sure to drive him away" He said laughingly.
"Why? You don't see me driving her away do you?" Amanda's face paled a bit which made me laugh, before I could assure her that I won't do such thing. James came walking put, held me accross his shoulder and continued walking leaving an alarmed Amanda and a laughing Zack.
"Stop annoying the poor girl"
"You're just no fun"
Tobias sat next to me, with James and Jermy on either side of us. Across were Amanda and Zack with Riley and Eric. Mom and dad were on the head of the table across from them were Steve and Meg. Jade squeezed herself next to Meg since she's the petite one.
Laughter and chatter filled the air but Amanda was slightly afraid of me..
"I'm not that bitchy you know" I told Amanda and Riley yelled my name. "What? She seems afraid of me"
"It's because of your big mouth" Jermy said. I could see Tobias hiding his muffled laugh.
I fake gasped "You wanna pick a fight with me Jermy?"
"Please" He snorted "I could take you down in a minute.
"Sissy" I said and mom yelled at me. "What's wrong with you people can't I talk with Amanda?!!"
"No" Zack said seriously
Amanda's face went pale and I shrugged. "Fine" I said "Just so you know, I really liked her" Everyone laughed.
After dinner Tobias went to his house thanking my mom for the food and the good company. I went to my room to see Riley and Eric kissing on my bed.
"Guys! Off of my bed."
"Hill Chill we're just kissing" I stormed out of my room and down the stairs to find Zack and Amanda talking about me. "Well Hillary is kind of frightening"
"Well Yeah I wonder if she's a girl.. She never cries you know just gets mad instead"
"I don't believe she's your sister although you look alike."
"I don't believe it either" He said hurting my stupid feelings. I swallowed the lumb in my thraot.
"Glad you agree." I said before walking past him pushing his shoulder.
"Hey I didn't mean it that way" He tried to explain but I just got past him yanking my hand away from his.
"Heads up" James said right after the soccer ball hit my face. I grabbed the ball and hit his head after throwing some insults at him.
"Mom" I yelled before Zack could reach me again "I'm going to Beth's" And I stormed out the house.
