Chapter VI: The Game

Sky Nemesis' Point Of View

"Good morning everyone today is the day. Siguro alam niyo na kung bakit, kaya di ko na papatagalin 'to. I’m Amanda Madrigal your judge and the president of the sport fest declare that Sport Festival 2013 is now open." Mrs. Amanda Madrigal announces and cut the ribbon. “Here come the players.”

Lumabas na kami ng ka team ko sa private room at dumeritso na kami sa mga upuan namin. Nakasuot kami lahat ng mask kaya expected na walang nakakakilala sa'min only mga student lang ng Black Crystal. Pagdating namin sa mga VIP chairs umupo na kami. Nandito na kaming mga players kaya naman nag start ng magsalita si Mrs. Amanda.

"Okay, ngayon na nandito na ang mga players so let's start. Day one which is today, ang mga laro na lalaruin niyo ay Basketball, Volleyball and Darting. Bukas pa namin sasabihin sa inyo ang mga laro sa day two. Are we clear?" Tumango naman kaming lahat, napatingin ako sa SWH sakto naman na napatingin sa'kin yung president nila.

Binigyan niya ako ng isang mapang-asar na ngiti kaya binigyan ko rin siya ng matalim na tingin. So he wants war, I'll give him a good and unforgettable war.

"Okay so let's welcome the 4th placer St. Agustin College Student Council Officers."

Pagkatapos nung sabihin ni Mrs. Amanda umakyat na ang mga Mean Girls, tsk St. Agustin's Mean Girls.

"Hi I am Athena, and my teammates, Alexa, Cess, Ayana and Tricia." Pagkatapos magpakilala ng mga mean girls sumunod naman magpakilala ang Wong International Gentleman's.

"Hello ladies, I am Alexander and my teammates Jonas, Miko, Luis and Ivan."

I smirked at them. Still the same stupid narcissistic gentlemen!

“Well good luck for that Wong International and now let's welcome the second placer South-West High."

"I'm Dark and the people that you can see beside me are my teammates, Mia, Drake, Trevon, and Trinity.”

Mrs. Amanda smiled sweetly and rubbed her palms. “Let’s welcome the masters of the game, wala pang nakatatalo sa kanila for two years . . . Black Crystal Academy Student Council.”

Nagkatinginan muna kami at saka sabay-sabay na tumango. We stepped up and introduce ourselves.

“I’m Sky,” panimula ko. I saw how Athena scoffed at my direction. “Meet Michael, Frances, Ryan and Jake.”

We bow down our heads and stepped down. Kinuha naman ni Mrs. Amanda ang microphone.

"Naku mukhang hindi na kayo mapakali. Student president please come up." Walang gana akonng tumayo at nakisabay na umakyat sa kanila. May ibinulong si Mrs. Amanda sa amin at tumango naman kami pagkatapos.  "Okay, presidents you may take off your masks." Mukhang nagulat naman sila Michael pero agad din naman itong nawala at nag-thumbs up lang.

After taking off our mask SAC and W.I. presidents studied my face with a shocking expression. I gave them my famous bored look and look at Frances. She’s smiling at them. Pagkatapos ng ginawa naming ay pinababa na kami at sinalubong naman nila ako.

"Nice entrance insan," Michael greeted at me.

"Yes best, nice entrance. You should have seen the look on their faces." Frances said while smiling widely.

"Ferocious as ever Sky," Ryan commented.

"You really are awesome president," Jake said to me while giving me a serious look and a teasing smile.

"I told you before, I’m the best." After saying that pumunta na kami sa kanya kanyang private plane. Gaganapin ang competition sa Palawan, sa private resort nila Frances gaganapin ang competition. Sa loob ng private plane ng Black Crystal Academy tahimik lang kami, sila nanonood ng Toy Story 3.

If you're wondering why the St. Agustin's Mean Girls and Wong International's Gentleman's are quiet shocked just an hour ago. Tsk because we used to know each other a long time ago. You want some flashback? Nah, I'll just give you some details.

St. Agustin's Mean Girls, Frances and I are group of friends before but I realize something. They were just using us for fame and our money for their own, I told Frances about that since we were really best friends since kids at first she didn't belive me kaya gumawa ako ng paraan di pa kami nag-aaral sa Black Crystal Academy noon sa Lopez University pa.

One day narinig ko silang naguusap-usap sa cr, di pa dumating si Frances nun kase may sakit siya. Di ko sinadya na narinig ang pinag-usapan nila una di ako makapaniwala kinuha ko ang phone ko at nirecord ko.

Nag skip ako ng class at umuwi ako. Tinatawagan ko si Alexander pero di siya sumasagot, kaya pinuntahan ko siya sa W.I pero nagskip class daw siya kaya pumunta ako SA bahay nila wala rin siya, oh ghad that time I really need someone to hold-on. Di rin pwede si Frances kase baka mas lumala ang sakit niya.

Pinuntahan ko ang condo niya, building naman namin nun kaya agad kong nakuha ang susi. Ng malapit na'ko sa pinto niya mukhanh may nagpipigil sa'kin na 'huwag na'ko tumuloy pero tinuloy ko parin pagpasok ko may nakita akong mga nagkalat na mga damit pangbabae at panglalaki. Gusto ng tumulo ng mga luha ko nun kase alam ko na kung ano 'to. Umalis nalang ako noon at umuwi. Halos mga one week akong umiyak noon mugto ang mga mata ko noon.

Minsan natanong ko kung ano ang kulang sa'kin, maganda ako, mayaman, talented, sexy, maputi, excellent achiever. But . .  Never mind. After that nung magaling na si Frances 'yan kase kumakain siya ng junkfoods kaya ayun nagka U.T.I siya. Tsk pinarinig ko sakanya at sinabi ang mga nangyari nagalit siya noon kaya kami nagplano kami na doon nalang mag-aral sa school ko.

After that I cut off my connections with them and started again.

What the hell! That girl is the BCA’s student council president?

"What the heck!” sigaw ni Mia at nagpagulong-gulong sa inis. “I really can’t believe it, oh my . . . oh my . . . heck!”

“Ate Mia, maghanap ka nalang ng iba.”

Mia gave Trinity a glare and laughed.

“Hindi madali Trinity! Mahirap!”

“Pag-ibig nga naman,” bulong ni Drake at tinignan si Trevon. “Ikaw kalian ka magiging seryoso?”

Binato siya ni Trevon ng cornflake at saka sumiangot.

“Wala ka na doon! Si Dark ang guluhin mo huwag ako!”

Drake frowned at him and glance at me. “Ikaw president—“ I curled my hand and show my fist to him.

“Ikaw naman Dark hindi ka mabiro syempre biro lang ‘yon.”
