I was at work cleaning off the last table for the night thank god the day is over now I can just go home and relax and cuddle with my beautiful very pregnant girlfriend Lauren

I got a job at this little café three months ago when I had just finished school thanks to Lauren's father

I had to get this job soon because I need to start saving up for our baby Caleb, we finally picked out a name because Clara Lauren's mother told us it's better to have the name picked out before Lauren gives birth so i picked the name Caleb and Lauren picked his middle name

So his full name is Caleb James Y/l/n Jauregui

"Ay boss man necesita algo más" my boss is a chill hispanic 50 year old he's pretty funny

"No you can go home to your mujer" he said with his heavy hispanic accent and a smile

I smiled placing the rag down in its place

"Alright I'll see tomorrow" he yelled back an okay and now I was heading home

•Home•
"Lauren I'm home" I yelled happily I'm finally home I been working since 7 this morning and now it's midnight

"Y/n!" I heard Lauren yell I quickly dropped my keys running to my bedroom where her voice came from

"what's wron-" I cut myself off seeing Lauren standing in the middle of the room with her legs crossed and her hands on her belly and a puddle of water

"My water just broke" she groan

"That means?"

"Yes Y/n what else do you think it means I'm having the baby"

Oh she's in her angry mood,

"Yes of course okay wh-what do you want? Wh-what do I have to get

"Just shut up for a second" she groan putting her hand up to shut me up

She stood back up fine

"Get the baby's bag and I'll just get myself ready" I raised a brow walking up to her

"Um are you feeling okay baby"

She looked at me like that was most idiotic question I could ever ask her

"You're water just broke but you aren't like in pain and yelling like in the movies" she rolled her eyes

"In the movies they are overdramatic my water just broke I'm not feeling pain and I don't even know how many centimeters I am for going into labor"

Well I didn't think she would be all calm and chill I expect more yelling and crying of pain that's what the movies show

"What are you waiting for Y/n get Caleb's bag" Lauren husked going to change her shorts

"Right sorry"

•At the hospital•

Lauren was finally in her room and to my surprise she's perfectly fine

Her parents arrived a few minutes after us and I asked Clara if it's normal for Lauren to not really feel the contractions she said yes some women don't feel them until they are around 7 going to the last 10

I'm guessing Lauren will soon because the doctor just said she's about 5 centimeters

"I'm so hungry" Lauren whispered laying her head back on the pillow

It was 3 in morning and Lauren wouldn't go to sleep her parents are knocked out on the comfy looking couch on the other side of the room and I'm sitting with Lauren half a sleep
