Hello!!
What? I updated three days later? WHAT?????
I felt like writing because I don't want to wait until thanksgiving break ends. Also, I probably might not have time to update more this week sooo, here ya go. I kinda wanted to save this for tomorrow cause I think there should be things that I should fix, but I don't really want to change anything and I know that I will forget tomorrow, so I'm going to publish before I change my mind:)
I know, I shouldn't be so insecure, I KNOW. But, it's just there, sitting in my soul...
Well, I hope you like it! Please vote and comment below!
You're all lovely, have a wonderful day!!

Natalie's POV*
A snow flake fell lightly above, sprinkling white dust on the top of my head. The trees held piles of snow as well, standing quietly as flakes of snow fell heavily on its branches. The moon was shoved away from the clouds and brightened the glistening paths leading to log cabins or ways I've never knew it's end. Clouds continued to swirl above, dancing beside the moon with a dark grey. The forest looked like a Christmas wonderland, that much I know now, but I was only to have a quick glance before speeding through the shadowy night.
Chalice, mighty and powerful, had charged towards the line of sorcerers in the mysterious cave. His eyes were scarlet, his skin whiter than they were before his transformation. He dashed for the head leader, Jacob, hissing at him with his fangs protruding from his mouth. Unmoved by Chalice's ferocious eyes, he stepped aside and-like mind-controlled zombies-everyone had done the same. Chalice's feet slid to a stop as they all circled him at once, lifting up their hands in a muttering chant. Jacob too lifted his hand with a devilish smile. I uneasily stepped away until my back hit the wall, the frigid rocks digging into my shoulders.
But before they could do any harm, Chalice chuckled darkly. He held up the scarlet angel hanging from his neck. "How could you possibly think your kind of power can do any good in my presence?"
Jacob's eyes, suddenly, had widened in shock. "No, she couldn't-"
Chalice was now the one smirking. "Now, let's have a good old fashion fight, shall we?"
Chalice dashed again and attacked a woman-her face crawling with slime and bugs-dragged her to the ground. She yelped in pain, but that was all she could shout. He snapped her neck in seconds, his mouth dripping with her blood. It was a mixture of red and green slime, falling from his chin and landing on the caves ground. He spit out the putrid taste in disgust before dashing once more. fighting and killing each one individually. Immediately, sorcerers were falling to their knees in utter terror, their faces molding back to their original human features. Some were retreating, but others stayed, gazing to Jacob for guidance. Suddenly, Jacob turned towards me, his eye sockets bleeding green and red, his face filled with rage.
Chalice too looked at me, his eyes roaring hungrily. "Natalie, run! Run now!"
My feet planted no longer once I sped passed Jacob and his gang and through the little passageway Chalice had given me. Dozens of sorcerers lunged at him all at once, but they were no match. Chalice continued to prowl them down to the dirt, but it only slowed him down before he could follow behind. I heard Jacob's demand to have others to track me down, which encouraged me to run faster through the large pine trees.
