Chapter 19 part 2

Isabel's POV

I heard the priest say the vows. I heard them say I do and that's when I stormed in.

"I object", I said.

Everyone turned to look at me. I heard people whisper and some gave me confused looks. I walked up the stairs and faced the fake me right in the eyes.

"You've got some nerve being here. Using Cole for your own personal use. You make me me sick", I said.

"Please. I never did. Your the one who used him. Face it. I'm meant to be with Cole. Not you. Now stand back so we can get married", she said.

"No. You don't love Cole like I do. Your just a fake", I said.

She chuckled.

"No. I'm the real deal. I was wondering when I got to do this. Now I'm gonna show you who you're messing with", she said.

I didn't know what she was doing but she changed into something. She no longer wore a wedding dress. In its place was a black dress. Her hair was no longer curly. It was now straight and blonde. Her skin changed to a light color. Her eyes were blue. She looked like an angel but she wasn't. She also had black wings. Everyone screamed in fear wondering what to do. I stayed calm.

"So Cole. Like my new look?", she asked.

"I can't believe you played us all. How did you do this?", he asked.

"It was simple. I juts had to pretend to be Isabel. Which worked cause you all fell for it. Now you all have to bow to me. I'm the most powerful person here. You can't do anything to stop me", she said.

"That's where you're wrong. For the past two weeks I've missed Cole so much. You don't even know the pain I've felt", I said.

I felt Cole hold my hand. I saw my necklace glowing. This must mean I'm becoming the winged creature. This is what I wanna see. I began to float in the air. I looked behind me and saw purple sparkling wings. I looked at my hands and saw I had glovelets on starting my mid arm going down. My red heels were replaced by tall skinny purple boots.

"So I see the legend is still true. The winged creature still exists. Brings a tear to my eye you don't know how to use its power", she said.

"Candace stop. You don't have to do this. Whatever you want I can give it to you", Cole said.

"Can you give me back ten years of my life?", she asked.

"No", Cole replied.

"Thought so", she said.

I thought of something I could do. I decided to shoot magic at her to see what would happen. She got hit and turned to look at me.

"Wow Isabel. Is that all you got?", she asked.

She shot something at me and I fell to the ground. I wasn't hurt that bad but bad enough that I didn't know what to do.

"Aw. Don't stop now. I was just getting started", Candace said.

She used her powers to pick me up and then smashed me against the wall.

"Candace I'm warning you", Cole said.

"Cole. I'll handle this", a familiar voice said.

I looked to see who it was and it was Carly. She walked over to me and looked in my eyes.

"It's ok. I need to do something. Just stay still", she said.

I stayed still and then I felt a sharp pain run into my body.

"There. It's not much but it should help you", she said.

"What did you do?", I asked.

"I just gave you some of the remaining magic I have in my body. It's powerful so please be careful", she said.

"Carly. There's another witch. She's in the dungeon. Her name is Alison. She can help us. Hurry and go get her", I said.

She ran off and I tried to stand up. I flew over to Candace and shocked her. She shocked me back and we were in a white room. We were still in our winged creature form.

"Take my hand Candace. You can stop this. You don't have to do this", I said.

"You don't understand. He made my life a living nightmare for ten years", she said.

"I can help you. Just stop this and we can give you the life you deserve", I said.

I saw a tear form in her eye. She wants to change. She just needs a guide to help her.

"Fine. I'll change", she said taking my hand.

The white room disappeared and we were back to our human forms. I ran to Cole and he gave me a hug. I hugged him back missing his warm touch. I missed him so much.

"Its okay. Your safe now", he said.

I turned to look at Candace who was standing on the steps. I walked over to her and smiles and she smiled back.

"Thank you", she said.

"Your welcome", I said.

I felt someone put a hand on my shoulder. I knew it was Cole.

"Candace. Your welcome to stay here if you want", he said.

"No no. I don't want to cause any trouble. I'll be ok", she said.

She gave me a hug and left. I heard the door close in the distance. I turned to look at everyone and they were in shock about what just happened.

"Everyone stay calm. The wedding is still on. Just give us some time to get ready", Cole said.

I went to go get ready and was ready in half an hour. Everyone was talking when the team wedding was about to begin. John took my arm and looked into my eyes.

"Ready?", he asked.

"Yes", I replied.
