Chapter 14-Stop Pushing Me Away
I know I said I'd try ignoring him, but actions aren't actually as easy as words. For that I found myself seated in the passenger seat of his white Ferrari. Why can't I just do a simple small task as ignoring him? Why did he even care so much whether I was ignoring him or not? And what the hell did he mean by "does it matter what label we put ourselves under" ?
This shit is confusing, are we like friends that kiss? Seeing each other? Do we even like each other enough to date? Fuck this shit, I don't care, he's right what's the difference if we gave each other a title or not. I mean being together and enjoying the moment is what really does matter, right? It was obvious that I liked him, alot, but what about him? He never said anything about how he feels and frankly I don't feel like asking him.
Maybe I should just leave it to time and see what fate brings us.
"Hollywood? "
His husky voice snapped me out of my trance, I looked curiously at him with a questioning arched eyebrow. He just chuckled lightly shaking his head before hopping out of the car. It was only then that I realised we were parked right infront of McDonald's. And man did that make my mouth water. My mom always tried making me eat healthy food, but whenever she wasn't around my dad had other plans. He loved junk food, so I guess you now know where my love for that kinda shit came from.
Of course mom had caught us countless times before and would always scold both me and dad. But she'd always end up smiling and ordering pizza with us. Dad always braged that he was the reason why she became a junk food monster, which mom would always smack his head playfully right after he finishes bragging.
"Are you coming or what?" He asked with a teasing smirk.
I once again found myself lost in my own trance of thoughts, I imidiatelly shook my head trying to clear my mind before hopping out of the car and slamming the door gently shut behind me. I was kinda taken off guard when he grabbed my hand intertwining our fingers together. I peeked from under my eyelashes to look at his face. He was wearing a calmed and a laid back expression. Can he not feel the jolt of electricity that just the simplest contact of our skin make?
Maybe it's just me after all...
I threw the hoodie over my head, looking down as we made our way towards the restaurant, hoping that no one would notice me. It's not that I don't like giving autographs, taking pictures with my fans or even just chatting for a bit. There was just this something telling me that Jason wouldn't be too comfortable with alot of attention.
And with our hands still intertwined, we walked safely into the restaurant and sat by a booth at the very end. Jason didn't ask why I was kinda trying to hide or had my hoodie over my head, when obviously it was shinning brightly outside and wasn't anything near cold. He just didn't question it and that was one of the things I liked about him.
A waitress soon came to us to take our order. I was too focused into the menu, debating on what I'd take even though I'd always end up ordering the same thing every single time, that I didn't notice the waitress openly flirting with Jason. You wanna know what really stung? Was that he was actually flirting back. I felt my blood boil as I looked at them, burning holes into their stupid little heads.
She was pretty I'd have to admit, long light brown hair with those gorgeous electric blue eyes and a body to die for. I mean why wouldn't he like her? She's drop dead gorgeous and had a smile that got even myself amazed.
"What about you, sweetie? "
I was snapped out of my trance of thoughts by her voice. Damn even her voice is gorgeous. I shook my head at my thoughts trying desperately to get back to reality.
