Me, Rapunzel, and Jack rode on Jack's car. God, please don't take my love of my life's soul got taken away...

**later, in St. Louis Medical Hospital**

When we got there, a blood and medicine scents met our nostrils.

I ignored it and ran through the counter, not caring if I got squeezed by the doctors pushing stretchers with dead bodies on it.

Jack and Rapunzel followed after me.

"Hi. How can I help you?" The nurse from the counter asked us.

"We need to see Merida DunBroch, one of the victims in the bus accident." I said.

After she looked on her monitor, "Oh, DunBroch, the victim with a red curly hair. She's in the room 408, and it's located in the sixth floor." She told us.

"Grazie..." I thanked quickly and ran through the elevator with Jack and Rapunzel.

But then...

The elevator are loaded!!!

"Crap..." I muttered.

Rapunzel's head shot up. "Hiccup, look." She said, pointing the stairs beside the elevator.

"We can use the stairs, than waiting for the elevator." She suggested.

"Splendid idea, I guess." Jack commented.

"This is gonna be a long journey..." I muttered.

**after climbing up the stairs**

We made it to the sixth floor. "man, my legs hurt!!" Rapunzel squeaked.

Jack smirked and carried Rapunzel bridal style. I gandered at them, as I remembered weeks ago that I carried Merida that way. Imissed the way she struggles off of my grip, but failed.

I shook my thoughts off. "Let's go." I told them as I continued running.

**later**

We found the hospital room 408. The two looked at me with worry. I gulped before twisting the door knob.

**inside the room 408**

I saw Mrs. Elinor, and the triplets sitting on the long seat near the bed. There, my eyes laid on the love of my life. Merida.

She looked pale and kinda decreased a life. Mrs. DunBroch noticed me. Instead of getting angry of me, they felt sad.

**ackward silence**

"I-I'm sorry, Mrs. Mom..." I apologized.

"It's okay. Merida actually needs ye now." Mrs. Elinor told me.

"Okay, we're gonna left you guys alone." Mrs. Elinor said.

**after Mrs. DunBroch and the triplets left**

I sat on the edge of the bed where Merida is lying on. My hand held her.

Jack and Rapunzel are there, too.

"She's still not waking up, isn't she?" Rapunzel asked and I nodded.

"Ugh, this is all my fault! I hate seeing her like this." I exclaimed, holding her pale hand tight a bit. Tears started to build up in my eyes and automatically fell down across my cheek.

"Oh c'mon. It's not your fault, well, maybe a bit." Jack stated.

**later**

I fluttered my eyes open, realized that I fell asleep. I gandered around, and Jack and Rapunzel aren't there anymore.

Suddenly, I felt her fingers in my hand bobbed. I gasped a bit, whipping my head up.

She definitely look like an angel.

"Hiccup??"
