Ashleigh's mum's point of view-

I kept watching her expecting her to leave me again, I love her too much to ever lose her. These 6 months were hell for me. I just want to take her home and pamper her, but of course, she needs to know what she has missed.

"well, where to start? The month after your accident, everyone, especially Alice, spent their days visiting you, crying, not eating nor sleeping and just praying you would join us again. " I saw her fidget slightly obviously upset for causing pain to her bestfriend, she was always so unselfish.

"But then Alex and Amy had to go to school, and so did Alice. They had to go on with their lives because they knew it's what you would have wanted. But they visited you in any spare time they had, and I of course, came here everyday. But in the next month, well, a lot started to change." Ashleigh's already scared face now looked terrified.

"Alice couldn't keep spending all her time by herself, she needed someone to confide in, so she made a new friend called Sophie."

"Who is Sophie?" Ashleigh asked with a hint of jealousy in her tone.

"She was new to the school, joined 8 weeks after your accident. And as for your sister Alex...well, this will shock you but, she's pregnant"
