I stil hadn't spoken to Louis since that day when Alice told him i'm in love with him. Mainly because at school I have been avoiding him. The only class we share together is history, and i noticed him staring at me a few times so I just looked in the other direction so I wouldn't have to talk to him. I would end up making things worse, and I wanted todelay the conversation as much as possible.

Me and Ally spent lunch together in the library, it was actually really fun! Definately the best lunchtime i've had since returning to school after my accident! But good times have to come to an end. I groaned as the bell went and started to leave when I had an idea.

"Ally, are you free this saturday?"

"Yeh, why?"

"I've been invited to a party at Joanna's house, but it will be much more fun if you were there too!"

"Yeh ok, what time?"

"I'll pick you up at 7pm! See you then!"

My mum drove me to town because i'm obviously too young to drive, and I hate public transport! As soon as she drove away I headed to Jack Wills. I don't normally shop there but the dresses they sell are beautiful so I thought i'd look around a bit in there. I tried on loads of different style dresses with all sorts of different patterns until i found the perfect dress. The colour suited me perfectly and it was tight in all the right places. It was a sleeveless dark blue patterned dress which finished just above my knees. I combined it with some gorgeous heels and some jewellerry and when I got to the tills I felt completely satisfied with my outfit. I was really excited to wear it now!

~Saturday afternoon~

The party is in 2 hours so I thought i'd start getting ready. I took a shower then got out and put on my dress, admiring how well it suited me in the mirror. Then I put on my silver braclets, necklace and earrings. Next I worked on my makeup. I applied a thick coating of mascara; some powder, a thin line of eyeliner, some blusher and a pale coloured lipstick. Lastly, I added some light curls to my hair at the ends and sprayed it so the curls would hold. I looked in the mirror, realising that I actually looked quite good, then slipped on my heels and headed out to pick up Ally.

When me and Ally arrived at Joanna's house, we were stunned. It was massive! And I thought Ally's was big...Shiny new sportcars were parked on the driveway. The party was going to be a night to remember. We walked up to the front door, whilst stumbling slightly in my heels, then opened the door and walked in. Noone was here?

"Hello? Joanna?" I shouted.

"Oh, what are you doing here?" She asked looking surprised.

"Um, you invited me to a party here?"

"Yeh but noone arrives till at least half an hour after it actually starts, it's fashionable to be late, you can just go outside and wait for everyone else, by the way, I like your dress!"

"Oh, thank you"

We went in the garden, admiring the huge swimming pool, and waited for the party to actually start. Never having been to a party before I never knew you were supposed to arrive late...
