Life is Strange: After the Storm

"Nathan, stop!"

          "Well I realized we need to be fast. But, how do expect we break it." Chloe gripped his shoulder and pushed herself up.
          Then tell me Max." He went over to Max and put more tape over her mouth. "I can't let anyone hear you screaming."
          Max's eyes watered. She shook her head. She couldn't let him know. But she also couldn't let him hurt Nathan, no matter what he did to her in the past. She tried to free her chest from the tape. Hardly making it loosened at all.
          Warren stomped his foot on the door. "It doesn't seem that sturdy after the storm. We could probably drop something heavy on it from a height." He suggested, looking up.
          Nathan shook his head again and muffled a "Don't do it." through the tape over his mouth. Nathan glared back at Frank with misty eyes. He hoped to lure Frank close enough to kick him in the face, if possible.
          Chloe looked around. "What if we drop that cement block over there, on top."
          Max tried to rewind. Her arms were covered with to much tape to even lift it. She nodded her head. She muffled through the tape. "No." But as he lifted the rope Max yelled. "Fine! I'll tell you!" Tears dripped from her eyes. She nodded her yes, again. "I'll tell you."
          Frank smiled in delight. "That was faster, than I had thought." He walked over and tore the tape off her mouth once again. "What is it?"
          "Think you could give me a lift?" Warren asked, not sure if her leg hurt too much for the action.
          Nathan took this opportunity to pull against the tape on his hands. He managed to get one of the bindings loose enough so he could slip his hand free. He continued to silently untape his other hand. Nathan quickly put both of his hands back in place, hopefully Frank couldn't tell the difference.
          Chloe walked to Warren. "Sure." She put her hand underneath his foot and pushed him up.
          "I-I.." She looked at Frank, eyes tearing up. "I can time-travel." She sobbed and tried to get out of the tape. She nodded her head. "Help! Someone help!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. "Help!"
          "Shut up!" Frank's hand impacted Max's face. "You better stay quiet." He stared at her for a moment. "Time-travel? Do items travel with you?"
          Warren placed a foot onto Chloe's hand, as he crouched and lifted the other. Once she pushed him up, he lept up onto a platform. Warren walked over to the cement block and crouched behind it. "Try to get as far back as you can." He called to Chloe. Warren froze, it definitely sounded like someone, more specifically, Max, was yelling. "D-Did you hear that?" He hesitantly asked Chloe.
          Nathan decided now was a better time to act before Max got hit again. He took a deep breath and kicked Frank hard on the back of his knees as he stood up. He quickly looked around the room for something to hit him with.
          "Is that?" Chloe hesitated. "Max?" She ran to the door. "Oh my god, Warren, it is!"
          Max winced in pain. Her eyes filled with fear when Nathan kicked Frank. Frank could have any weapon on him. She nodded her head. "Nathan, stop!"
          Frank pulled the rope from his belt loop. "You better stop, Nathan." He lowered and untaped the wheels to Max's chair. He rolled her far from Nathan and hid behind her.
          Warren suddenly felt more worried. He began to push the cement block slightly. "Chloe! Move away from the door!" He called out. They needed to get in there fast, especially since they have no idea what exactly is going on.
          Nathan trembled as he stared at the sight. He peeled the tape off of his mouth before speaking.  "You're going to use Max as leverage? That's a new low, even for you Frank.." He muttered out. The only weapon he knew for sure was in here, was the empty gun he'd already attempted at using.
          Chloe moved out of the way. "Drop it now!" When the door broke she ran and lifted it. "Woah, heavier than it looks."
          "Nathan. It's to dangerous." Max stared at Nathan sorrowful. "We can't do anything. He's already won."
          "She's right Nathan." Frank held onto the chair, ignoring Nathan's comment. He took out the needle. "You have no, 'working', weapons."
