When I got to the school, I felt my stomach did a back flip. Why was I acting like this? I never acted like this. As I found a parking spot and as I stepped out of my car, I let out a long sigh. Awkwardly staring at my new high school. "Desert Mountain High, here I come." I took a deep breath as I walked to the doors of the school. I could feel the stares walking through the parking lot. So I looked down while while on my way to the entrance. While walking, I was so distracted with my thoughts that I completely crashed into some guy. I immediately looked up. This guy was gorgeous! He wore a orange V-neck, and black cargos, and a Micheal Kors watch. This guy had style. He dropped his books during our encounter. He looked down at me while pushing the middle of his glasses up the bridge of his nose. As an apology, I helped him pick them up.

"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry." We both said at the same time. "N-No It's fine." We then said in unison again. I laughed and smiled sheepishly. "By the way I'm Marcus. Marcus Andrews." That's a cute name."Samantha Slone. I Just moved down here this summer." I said before combing my hair back with my fingers. "You're a junior, am I right?" He asked with this extremely hot Australian accent and this sheepish smile on his face. I like how he smiles.

"Actually, I am. How'd you know?" I furrowed my eyes at him but still smiling. I don't know what it was with this guy but he's really making my cheek bones hurt. I couldn't help but smile. And I felt butterflies fluttering in my stomach. "Lucky guess. I'm a junior too. What classes do you have?" I looked in my bag for my schedule. Turns, out, we have first, third, sixth and seventh period together. "Can I call you Sam?" He asked, I then nodded and he continued. "Well Ms. Slone, would you like to walk to first period with me?" He had asked me like one of those old English movies taking a step back, holding out his hand and waiting for me to put my hand in his. I couldn't help my laughing but I still replied in the same tone. "Why thank you Mr. Andrews, I would love to." And so we did. My God, his hands are soft. His lips look soft too. Maybe they are...

"So where did you live before moving here?" He asked me, interrupting my thoughts as I kept twirling a lock of hair between my fingers. "Born and raised in the 'Big Apple'."

"Oh really? So you're a city girl, huh?" I nodded. "Well I pretty much lived here all my life. I've never been to New York City before." When I heard this my eyes widened. "Really? You've never been to New York City?" He shook his head. "Well I'll have to take you one day." I said.

"And I will hold you to that." He warned me with a smile. This made my face turn a bright red. Marcus is a REALLY nice name.
