Dear Diary,

It's been two months since the school year started. Since I met all these new friends. Since I got my bestfriend back and nowadays, I just feel different. I don't know what it is... Everyone knows that I'm not a morning person. But lately, I wake up bright and early, I find myself looking in the mirror and smiling a lot, I even realized that I actually have a pretty smile. I don't know why, but I'm really happy... Anyway, let me get ready for school...

"You NEVER ate a burger before?! " I screeched in the diner in a shocked response to Jenn.

I whispered back my last question, still surprised by that she shook her head saying she had NEVER ate a burger before.

"Uh uh. You are gonna have one today. Fran!"

"Yes honey? What can I get you?"

"Fran I'll have the usual and Jenn here will have the same thing I'm having. Wait Jenn do you like your fries crispy golden or yellow? No She'll have them crispy."

After they all laughed at how serious I was they ordered. " I'll even pay for you. And if you dont like it, I'll eat and you can buy your usual. Deal?"

"Sooo.. Lets talk about... couples... or should I say, future couples.. Marcus.. Ben... Yeah I know everything."

I was confused by what she meant when she called Bennie's name. Who does he like? And why wouldn't he tell me?

We were now leaving the Bowling Alley after our fun night out and... I have no ride. I came with Macey and now she's leaving with Cyle. Bennie is leaving with Jenn and Cole, Riley is leaving with Danny.

"So I have no ride."

"Sorry honey. Ask Riley."

"I'll take you Samantha." Marcus popped up like a dog when it's owner is coming home. But I needed a ride.

*Pulling Up To My House*

"Thanks for taking me home."

"No problem. Anytime. Wait its pretty dark out here, let me walk you to your door."

Knowing how persistent Marcus is, I didn't argue about how I can take care of myself and all that independent crap. So we are now in front of my door and he was just looking at me awkwardly.

" Well goodni-"

Before I could finish my sentence he lightly pressed his soft lips on mine. Oh my gosh!!! My theory was correct! His lips DO feel like pillows!! And... He, HE JUST KISSED ME!! Ahhh!!!! I was so shocked that I just couldn't move. I just let him kiss me. But when he lightly pulled back, I pulled him in and kissed him back more passionately. I don't know what came over me. I guess my feelings for him took over. But when we both pulled away, we just looked at eachother out of breath.

"Goodnight." As I turned to the door to unlock it, my hands fumbled and I dropped my keys. I went to pick it up and when I was getting back up I hit my head on the door knob. We started laughing. It hurt but it was funny.

"Are you okay?" He asked me concerned but still laughing. I nodded, laughing also.

"Alright goodnight." And as he walked back to his car, I was able to open the door. I turned around, waved, and walked inside.

As soon as I got in, I walked straight to my bathroom, and got two Advils from the medicine cabinet. After that, I thought about what just happened and I just started jumping around my room and on my bed.

"He kissed me." I whispered to myself trying to stop from smiling.
