Hoshitani Yuta x Reader - Haphephobia

A/N- I have a feeling this chapter is gonna be good ! It's not the best, but I was watching a Drama and I based it a little off that. Anyways and enjoy! PLEASE READ END NOTES.

Haphephobia (also known as aphephobia, haphophobia, hapnophobia, haptephobia, haptophobia, thixophobia) is a rare specific phobia that involves the fear of touching or of being touched.

Both of you had a different kind of problems. Something that separated you both from the rest. He had Haphephobia, he was scared to touch other people. You, you smoked and always had blood come out of your nose due to stress. The two of you were different from the rest.

He was on the dance team. You were in the cheerleading team. There teams came together to participate in the athletic competition. Due to his weird phobia , he did not participate. He just watched everyone else practice. He was doing stretches in the back.

"What is wrong with him?" You laughed.

"He has his weird ways......." Tsukigami snorts.

After practice, you went to your locker to get your stuff. Hoshitani came after you. "(F/N)-chan!" He called out. You turned around and rolled your eyes. "What?"

"Go out with me." He said with a straight face.

"How do you expect me to go out with you when you have a weird touching​ phobia." You snort and start walking away.

"Are you rejecting me?" He says.

"Well, yes..." You wave at him and walk away.

A week later, things were getting spicy at Ayanagi Academy. Mid-term exams were around the corner and the entire school was prepping for it. Kids were freaking out and it was crazy. You stayed in the laundry room, with all you're stuff scattered everywhere. You were stressed, if you failed, then your mom would kill you.

You weren't number one at this school. It was Tsukigami Kaito who was always first, and you at second. No matter what happened , he was always first. As you studied, blood came from your nose. You immediately grabbed a tissue and wiped it off.

You were really stressed due to these exams. You had to get first place, at all costs. Or else, your dreams of going to an Ivy league college was over. That day in class, one of the teachers was talking to you. He was then pushed down by a student, and all his things fell on the floor.

The teacher ran after the kid, not even thinking about getting his stuff. You saw a USB, which you quickly grabbed. You were very nervous , but ran away. You grabbed your laptop and went into the bathroom.

You plugged in the USB and immediately saw that it was the midterms. It felt wrong, you didn't want to cheat, but in order to make your mom happy, you had to do this. You saved the file on your laptop and left.

'You can't compete against Tsukigami. He will always come to the top.'

'Tsukigami is always number one. You can never compete against him.'

'Keep trying. I know you'll surpass him one day.'

Those words of others ran through your head. You put the USB inside Tsukigami's bag. You were very guilty for what you did, but it was worth it. The teacher ran in to the room. He accused Tsukigami for stealing. When he took everything out from his bag, the USB fell out.

Everyone was freaking out. Tsukigami got suspended and wasn't able to take the test. The test day was here. You easily scored first place. Your mom was happy, but you felt guilty as the day goes by.

An argument broke out between you and Minami Kyouko, Tsukigami's girlfriend. You both always fought and you hated her. When you pushed her down the stairs, Tsukigami saved her and got injured himself. He was rushed to the hospital.

Things were going downhill. You wanted to die. You were up on the roof, smoking as usual. That's when Hoshitani showed up .

"Stop doing this to yourself . I've been watching you. Just stop torturing yourself." He said, taking the cigarette from your mouth.

"THEN WHAT DO I DO? I CANT LIVE LIKE THIS! EVERYWHERE I GO, IT'S ALWAYS ABOUT TSUKIGAMI! No one knows how I feel...."

You shouted and then whispered. Hoshitani sighed. "Come with me."

So you went along with him. He took you to fun places, like arcades, sweets shop, the park and a lot of fun stuff. You were having a blast. It was already dark outside and he was walking you home.

"Thanks, I had fun......" You said.

"No problem.." He smiled.

The two of you went your  separate ways as Hoshitani's phone then began to ring.

"Hello?" He said

"Hoshitani-kun, have you seen (f/n)?" Minami was worried.

"She was with me just now. Why?"

"She left a suicide note ! Find her! She might kill herself !" Everyone in the back was freaking out. Hoshitani quickly started looking for you. He bumped into Minami and Tsukigami in the way. That's when he found you. Walking in the streets, waiting for a car to come hit you.

"(F/n)-chan!" He shouted and pulled you out the way , and then hugged you tightly. You were shocked. He was TOUCHING you. He had gotten over his fear.

=A month later=

After everything that happened, you were admitted into a hospital . Your mom wanted to send you to boarding school. You had to listen to her, but you didn't want to leave everyone.

You got tons of videos of everyone telling you not to go. Even Tengenji didn't want you to go. Hoshitani got over his fear and decided to cheerlead with everyone. The videos bought you to tears. They cared for you, even though you hated some of them.

You convinced your mom that you would take the punishment for stealing the USB and do community service for school. Everyone had welcomed you with open arms and things were going well.

"So, will you take me on that date now?" You asked Hoshitani.

"Well, I'm always available. ..." He smiled.

"Thanks for everything you've done. I'm grateful...." You smiled.

"No, because of you, I got over my fear of touching."

Hoshitani walked closer you and wrapped an arm around your waist and pulled you in. " I really like you, (f/n)-chan. I mean it......" He kissed you.

"So, tonight at eight?" You smiled.

"It's a date...."

'Don't let your fears take over, don't sink into the darkness . Be brave and push through it, cuz you may never know who will help you through it . '

Sorry if this is long and rushed . But if you watched the drama , Cheer Up /Sassy go go, you'll know I based it on this. I didn't copy everything, but I changed everything . BTW, I know Ayanagi Academy is an all boy school , but I'll be turning it co-ed for some of the stories. Anyways hope you enjoyed! Vote, share and comment !
