It was really crazy how Nayuki's family loved you so much. You guys have only been dating for a month and they are crazy about you. The Nayuki's have this family picnic every year, so they told Nayuki to bring you along.

You were very nervous. You've never met anyone else in his family besides his sisters and parents. You heard his entire family was very picky, so you were very nervous. You walked to his house, and instantly his sisters greeted you.

You decided to bring along some picnic food, even though his family had everything covered, you still wanted to bring something. As you made your way to his house, his sisters greeted you.

"(Y/N)-san! Onii-chan is waiting for you inside." Both of his sisters said

You nodded and went inside. His parents were getting things ready. "Good morning Mr and Mrs Nayuki." You bowed.

"Ara~. (F/N)-san, glad you could make it."

"It was no problem. I made some bento for everyone." You held up a big box.

"Oh my. There was no need! We made plenty. " His mom smiled.

You got in the car with his family and you were already shaking. You have never met his entire family and there's was gonna be tons of people there. Nayuki placed his hands over yours.

"It's gonna be okay. " He reassured you.

When you guys arrived at the picnic area, you already saw all his family members there. Everyone came to greet you guys.

"Oh my. Is this Nayuki's girlfriend? She is so pretty. It's so nice to meet you! I've heard so much about you (F/N)-chan!"

An older lady greeted you, which was probably his grandmother. You b bowed and greeted her. You got along with his other family members just fine. They were pretty chill and really cool to hang with.

You quickly became friends with Nayuki's female cousins, because you all had the love for kpop. His older relatives were very kind and generous. And everyone would tease the both of you.

When it was time to eat, his family was very happy about it. They praised you for being such a good cook. Everyone ate happily and no one was really picky about any thing. That's when something really weird happened.

His older male cousin came up to you and started flirting! That was a shock.

"So you're Tooru's new girlfriend? Wow, he sure picked a good one. Why don't leave him and come play with me." He smirked

"Excuse me?"

"Why don't you ditch him and come with me babe?" He comes closer.

"I'm sorry, I'm with Nayuki." You bow your head and walk away.

"You're older cousin is a big flirt. He creeps me out ." You said to Nayuki.

"Don't mind him. He's an asshole. But you're doing so well." He kissed your cheek and you blushed.

Soon it was dark and before leaving, everyone decided to do fireworks. The adults drank some tea and the other kids and teens did fireworks. You and Nayuki were huddled up against a tree and lighting up a firework.

"It's working. I've never done this." You laugh and spin the flame around.

"(F/N)-chan, are you happy with me?"

"What? Why would you ask that? Of course I am."

"I'm sorry. I just get so insecure sometimes. I love you so much." He looked at you and pulled you closer. You dropped the firework and hugged him back.

"I love you too...."

The two of you kissed and everyone else watched. Maybe these family picnics weren't so bad after all.
