Izumi Toraishi x Reader- Confession

You always kept things to yourself, no matter what it was. You never even told your best friends about anything either. Having two guys as your best friends wasn't a bad thing but there were things they couldn't know.

You have been friends with Kuga Shu and Izumi Toraishi for as long as you can remember. You had a crush on Izumi since middle school and it hurt you. You would see him get together with many girls, but he would always come to you, after every break up complaining about the different girls he went out with.

Oh, how you wanted to tell him to look at you and only you. You cried out your feelings, but he would never see it. Kuga knew of your feelings very well. He would encourage you to confess your feelings, but you would turn him down. Toriaishi only saw you as a friend and nothing else.

You particularly weren't bad looking. You had gotten many confessions and turned them all down. Sometimes saying you either had a boyfriend or liked someone else. Since you went to a coed school, you knew how things went down. Your school was only a couple blocks from the all boys school that Izumi and Shu went to. So, sometimes they would wait for you after school or you would visit them at their school.

You didn't see Kuga romantically because he felt more like an older brother, but you were sure he liked you at some point. After growing tired of waiting and waiting, you decided to finally tell Izumi how you felt. You decided to meet him at the usual spot. Once you reached up to the rooftop of Ayanagi, you saw him with Kuga, they were arguing.

"Are you going to keep doing this?" Kuga said, a little louder than his usual tone.

"What are you talking about?"

"Are you so dumb? You don't realize you've been hurting (Y/N)-chan for the longest! You always go to her with girl problems! I'm pretty sure she is fed up by now!"

"What does that have anything to do with me Shu? I only tell her these things because I know she will listen to me and help me. It's what she does."

You watch from the sidelines and listen to them argue. Tears fall from your eyes one at a time.

"You dumbass! Can't you see?!? She is in love with you!" Kuga yells and Toraishi looks at him shocked.

"What are you....?"

"It's been noticeable since day one. I tried to encourage her but she never listens to me. She is crazy about you, to the point she can listen to you go on and on about other girls. Wake up or else, I will take her for myself." Kuga says and walks away.

He sees you standing at the front and smiles at you, leaving you alone with Toriaishi. You walk up and see him looking down at the school below.

"Izumi...."

"Oh, (Y/N)-chan. What's up, you wanted to see me?" His gaze was a different one then usual.

"I heard you and Shu talk. What he said was true, I told him everything." You said and waited for his response.

He sighed and suddenly grabbed you by the waist. "W-What are you doing?" You blushed deeply and he laughed.

"Are you stupid? Of course I love you too." He thumped your forehead.

"Is that true?" You say and he kisses your cheek.

"Of course, I just never knew how to tell you, I kept it all a secret. That's why I always had you around."

You laughed and hugged him tightly. "I love you Izumi, and I always will.

"I love you too."

'You say hello, inside I'm screaming I love you.'
