Hoshitani Yuuta x Reader - Dreams

You have dreams,don't you? So do the people around you, and almost everyone in the world. It's what keeps us thriving, it also can break a person's heart. The love of your life had a dream, and it was to become world's greatest musician. He wanted to achieve the same​ status as his upperclassmen, or even higher.

Unfortunately you didn't fit in that scene. You loved him, but he wanted to reach his goals. You guys have been dating since the beggining of middle school. Well that was until the end of middle school, you both decided to go to the same high school. Suddenly later on, he changed his mind and decided to pursue his dreams.

He went to Ayanagi academy and became a student there, not even telling you. You were heart broken about his betrayal. He tried to apologize a couple times, but you didn't want to see his face. And so now, you're in your second year of high school. There was a sister school, down the street from Ayanagi. It was an all female school and you transferred there.

The school would have joint festivals with Ayanagi academy and joint activities as well. Many people wanted it to become one school, but who they didn't know if it was really going to happen. You really hoped to see Hoshitani again, but you really didn't see him. A festival was coming up and both schools were preparing, and this was your chance.

You strolled through the halls of school, a stack of papers in your arms. You were asked to deliver these papers to the storage room. Using your left feet, you kicked open the door and put down the papers near the window, letting out a big sigh. Your arms were tired and you wanted to get home as soon as possible.

Looking out the window, you spot a familiar figure in the crowd of people. You though your eyes were playing tricks, but it really was him, it really was. You dropped everything you had and ran like no other. Once you got to the front of the school, he was still there. He was with two guys and a female.

You panted and called out to him. "Yuu-chan!"

"Yuu-chan!" A voice called out and Hoshitani looked around. He's only heard that name from one person, and he hasn't seen that person in a long time. Tengenji and Tsukigami grabbed​ his shoulder and shook him, but Hoshitani finally meets your eyes. It really was you. You noticed his gaze and tears start falling.

"(Y/N)?" He walked closer as the others watch with curiosity. You walk to him and hug him, sobbing in his shoulder. He hugs back, not letting go. "It really is you. I've missed you so much." He hugs you tightly and then you realized the situation. You let go of him and ran away, tears still falling down your cheeks.

"(Y/N)!" He ran after you.

You ran and ran, trying to make him go away, but he wasn't leaving , he kept running after you. After a while, you gave up and caught your breath, tired from running. Hoshitani caught up to you and grabbed your shoulders. "Why did you run away? What are you even doing at this school? Weren't you at a different school?" He asked, obviously angry about it.

"Why do you care about what I do? You left me, I can do what I want now. Also, it was my decision to come here. Why does it matter to you?" You replied, angry as well. "Then why did you hug me and cry? Obviously you missed me and I missed you too as well." He hugged you again,but you pushed him away.

"You missing me? You chose to abandon me and go to Ayanagi! You didn't even tell me you were coming here. You chose your dreams instead of me. I just got overwhelmed, that's why I cried. You never loved me, I hate you! Go away!" Tears streamed down your face and Hoshitani sighed.

"You really are an idiot. I left because I wanted to achieve my dreams, and so when I come back, I could make you the happiest woman alive." He said and you paused. "What do you mean?"

"I never stopped loving you. It hurt me to leave and not tell you, I couldn't face you because I wanted to become a better person. Now that I am here, I can achieve those goals and truly make you happy. I totally mean it. I love you (Full Name)."

"Are these words true, do you really mean that?" You asked with tears still streaming down your cheeks. He nods and you hug him, sobbing into his shoulder. "I missed you so much Yuu-chan, please don't leave me ever again." Hoshitani hugs you tightly and whispers in your ears with a raspy voice.

"I love you."

"I love you too."
