Jessica's P.O.V.
"Ace, wake up" a vague mumble was heard when this gigantic man was tapping him on his shoulder.
"Ace, mommy and daddy is gonna leave you now" a small beam appeared on his face and rolled himself away from Kris, I sat down on the edge of the bed and tugged Kris' leather jacket and dragged him out of the room and closed the door with a loud thud.
"Mommy?" Kris was about to open the door when I pulled him behind me, I pressed my finger on his lips signaling him to shut up.
"Daddy? Mommy?" Ace called, his tone almost quivering. The door opened and there were tears glistening on his eyes. My eyes softened and quickly hugged him tightly while Kris ruffled his hair.
"Mommy's sorry, Ace. I didn't mean to make you cry" I said while the latter just returned my hug. Kris hugged me, squeezing Ace in the process.
"I'm sorry Ace" Ace pulled away and kissed my cheeck, a joyful smile appeared once again.
"It's okay mommy, daddy, sorry for pranking you. I was only pretending to be asleep" Kris chuckled and carried the boy. Our 5 days of staying in Jeju was quite facinating, but now it's time to go. Krystal is already with our parents just waiting for the 3 of us.
"Jess, when we arrive back at Seoul you can ask Kris to drive you on our house. Your mother and I needs to go to our company to handle some agenda's so you could have a rest, Krystal is also going to go somewhere so the house is all yours." Dad told me
"By the way, here's the key Jess. I heard that you forgot your keys inside our house and Kris even offered to let you stay in his house." Mom gave me the keys and sat down on the couch in the lounge room

We already arrived in Seoul and Ace was still sleepy and tired so we decided to just take him home. We planned to take him out for a bit but I guess he needs to regain his energy first. I placed Ace on the back seat and put a pillow below his head, I entered the car while Kris just silently drives.
"Thanks" He broke the uncomfortable silence, I stared at him doubtfully.
"For the surprise and gift yesterday" he finished while keeping his gaze on the road.
"That was nothing, besides I just wanted to make the both of you happy" I smiled
"You are so bad girl, I just realized
I'm not your opponent, I got hit in the face oh
Recklessly throwing away everything in the world for you" Kris stopped the car once we arrived in front of our house. He looked at me for quite a while and a smile appeared on his face.
"You saw those music sheets don't you?" I chuckled and nodded. I unclasp my seatbelt from myself and opened the door to the back seat.
"I'll carry Ace and the other bags just go inside and prepare his room" Kris suddenly carried Ace from me and opened the door.
"You know you should let Ace hear your song. To whom was that song actually?" I asked positioning Ace on his bed. Kris just gave a cheeky smile and rubbed his nape.
"I just started writting it 5 years ago" he said then left me in the room. 5 years? He wrote that 5 years ago?

"Hey, what's that?" I asked while snatching the paper from his grasp. I only read a few words such as 'bad girl, throwing everything and world' before he yank it from me.
"Bad girl? Kris are you sure you're not hidding anything from me?" I asked crossing my arms on my chest and looking outside the window. It was still 9 in the morning and Kris payed a visit on our house.
"Why would I hide something from you? Don't you know how many marks your hand left on my body when I always lied to you?" He whispered as he hugged he from my back and kissed my forhead.

"Mommy" I turned to my right and saw Ace cutely rubbing his eyes.
"I heard you talking about bad girl? Daddy will sing for me?" Ace asked
"Daddy's not going to sing Ace" Kris suddenly appeared from my back.
"You're done putting all the bags inside?" He nodded and wrapped his arms on my waist.
"But daddy I want to hear you sing. Please?" He asked pouting. I tapped Kris' hand and scooted towards Ace, I signalled him to sing just for my son. He took a deep breath and nod his head, the little boy then started squealling.

"Jess, Jess" I blinked my eyes multiple times and saw Ace and Kris staring intently at me.
"Mommy are you okay?" Ace scooted over me with a pair of blinking eyes as I nod my head.
"Come on, let's go somewhere to eat" Kris crouched down and opened his right arm for Ace. The child then went towards him and wrapped his arms around his neck. Kris stood up from he bed and extend his left hand towards me. I slowly slid my hand onto his and intertwine it together.
