Kris' P.O.V.
"Sir, the books and clothes were already packed. The nuns are already waiting for you" I nod my head and starts to arrange my things before leaving the office. I went down to the lobby and saw my car driven by a valet parker, he went of and carried some of the boxes I was carrying. He placed it on the back seat and others on the trunk.
I started the engine and drove towards a certain orphanage that I was supporting for 5 years. I parked my car beside a white BMW 320i car which reminds me of someone, but who could be visiting the orphanage at this hour? I shrugged it off and knocked on the door, as usuall the nuns were very happy to see me here. The other workers quickly took the boxes on my car and the one was holding, I quickly went inside the lobby and saw the little boys, playing basketball and others playing soccer.
"Hey boys!!" All their attentions were now focused on me. They ran towards me and hugged me, strange why aren't the girls here?
"Daddy! Did you come here to bring some toys?" Xavier asked, one of the most enthusiastic child in the orphanage.
"Yup, but where are the girls?" I asked him
"Oh!, they're with Mommy!" He said pulling me outside the lobby and to the garden. Nothing changed, it was still the orphanage I longed to visit, the orphanage I used to go when I'm feeling blue. The garden was still the same, magically beautiful that's why the girls really loved it here, butterflies dancing gracefully, fountains flowing enchantedly and some paintings that's a work of art.
But I noticed one odd thing, there's a dressing table mirror beside the fountain, the children were dancing and smiled were plastered on their faces. Then I saw Anna, another enthusiastic child in the orphanage and the one whose close to me, holding some flower clips behind a lady, sitting infront of the table mirror.
"Daddy!" The other girls shouted when they noticed me, I crouch down and opened my arms widely and hugged them tightly.
"Mommy!!" The boys suddenly squealed, I took off my sunglass and saw the one i've been missing. The lady syood up from the elegant chair and slowly faced me. Her smiles were very genuine and warm, her eyes were fasinating and lovely.
"Kris?" she uttered
"Children, let's all procede inside. Let's leave Mommy and Daddy first" the nun's told the kids, slowly the kids went inside the lobby and waited for us. We exchanged glances at each other but we decided to shrugged it off, atleast I tried to shrug it off.
"Let's not keep the children waiting, I'm sure they're happy to open the gifts we have for them" I said motioning her to go inside the lobby. She looked at me for a minute and decided to go inside.
